"The customer in this comment was very unprofessional, but as always with our company the customers come first. The home that we cleaned was a section 8 home which was left destroyed. We gave the customer a wonderful price to clean it. Our techs scrubbed the home from top to bottom and told the customer there's only so much cleaning that can be done. Some things need to be replaced. He began to use profanity so we had tech come out again to clean, customer still wasn't satisfied so we reimbursed the customer their full payment. Arrc Cleaning will never not finish a job, we try our best to satisfy the customer needs. He just wanted a free job."
