Sergio came to do general maintenance on my lawn sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He performed a thorough checkup and made necessary repairs and upgrades. He provides a free consultation and his price was Reasonable. I will contact him again for my future sprinkler maintenance.

I am over the moon about the paradise that Sergio created for me.. he is so knowledgeable and detailed in his approach. Many prior landscapers I hired were interested in getting the job done in the shortest time possible… Sergio was more intent on the final creation.. I will use him for future projects without a doubt. And his prices are very fair.

Can't say enough about this company and the job they did. Sergio came out multiple times over a 2 month planning period for a large scale project involving the beautification and redesign of our seawall landscaping at our condo common area. Multiple options discussed and seeing this was a job that needed to be done by manual labor no machines could get back there it was a daunting task to say the least. Sergio (The owner).. His father and his screw excavated the area - leveled the area and dug and sloped it to our engineers specifications. They then by hand moved in all the rock - stepping stones - edging etc. and moved it in to place graded it accordingly and then removed all the old debris, soil and whatnot. The before and after is nothing short of miraculous. Photos available. Timely, professional and great quality, work my highest recommendation possible.

I hired Sublime last November. The young men (Sergio and his brother) that laid sod in my back yard were very personable and seemed to know what they were doing. I paid a considerable amount to put grass in my back yard and along the east side of my house. Sergio knew I had an unusual back yard since he saw it before he gave me his estimate. A lot of shade but he assured me he would put the right type of grass down to survive the shade. The original design looked great; however, I noticed numerous brown spots right away. I mentioned it but was told that it was brand new sod - right off the pallet. I even hired a company that Sublime recommended to add fertilizer to my yard to help things along. Eleven months later, the back yard looks horrible. Dead spots throughout, bits of weedy grass pushing up here and there. A total mess. I've texted Sergio a couple of times about the situation but he has not responded. I usually write good reviews for good work. It makes me very sad to have to write this very, very bad review for a very, very bad work-product. I trusted Sergio and he has let me down.

Sergio the owner can to my home, made some suggestions, did some measurements and calculations and gave me a very fair price. He and his brother did the work them selves in a day. This is a family run business. Expert quality in the work and the greenery he installed was very fresh. Super nice man t deal with.
