Drywall - Install
Jay does good work, when he is there to do it. He has a big scheduling and communication problem; He does not let you know when he will not be showing up, which is VERY aggravating. But, he does do good work. This project should have been done in three days, and it is going into the third week.

Painting or Staining - Small Projects
Clean up was horrible. Didn't put outlet covers back on, left plaster dust in a pile in the middle of the floor, left wood planks used to repair closet on the floor and in shelf in closet. Tried to get me to pay balance of job before job was finished. Nice guy though, but I probably wouldn't hire him again.
