Arrow Electric was the most professional, exceptional service experience I've had in years. Their marketing was compelling. They were prompt in scheduling the estimate meeting. He left me with a quote. They called back to follow-up promptly. Summit Electric showed up 30 minutes late and were 50% higher, I went with Arrow. Arrow showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. They used plastic covers for their shoes every time they stepped inside the house! They completed the job on time, on budget and even helped me trouble-shoot my hot tub. Professional, competent, courteous. What more can I say?

He was very prompt. Kept me well informed as to his arrival time. He was very clean and tidy in both appearance and work areas. His truck was fully stocked. He came prepared to do the job if his bid was accepted. All and all, Arrow Electric very much impressed both the wife and me. I would definitely hire Arrow again. The job was the purchase and installation of an attic exhaust fan.

They were unable to install the fan light combination unit because of ducting problems. He did however install a new fan for me and a new outlet for the laundry room area. He was early for his appointment and finished within two hours.

The customer service rep let me know in advance when they would be arriving at my house so I could meet the electricians from work. The electricians were professional, quick, and the install looks great. My only concern would be that since they bill you a flat fee for the job, it's not clear how much of the money I spent was on the whole house fan and how much was on the labor. Unfortunately, they wouldn't quote me a price without coming out to the house first (which is a minimum $59 visit fee), so I was more or less committed to using them once they were there. Aside from not knowing whether I got a good price, everything was good.
