Arrow came in for an valuation of my kitchen remodeling project and gave me a man-hour estimate. They did the project for that estimate. I also had my main breaker panel replaced and that was a lump sum job. I am very pleased with the service, timing and quality of their work,

Came out on a Sunday to review the problem. We scheduled an appointment Tuesday.

Arrow responded very quickly to my request and began the project on the same day. Completed the job with in a week and did a great job!

Stacy did an outstanding job and he was able to pinpoint the problem with my wiring which went out in my house. He came out with a competitive and reasonable rate lower than the other professionals I cam into contact with. He did the job fast enough for me to bring my family back to the house with working electricity.

Quick to respond, knowledgable and friendly, happy to discuss the situation and work through questions and options, and quality work. I needed some troubleshooting done in my backyard and outdoor kitchen. Arrow took the time to figure things out and discuss options. Quickly. The kitchen GFI's were replaced, others that weren't needed were capped, and my spa light was replaced which correctly proved to be the root cause of another GFI always tripping. They did an excellent job. Very friendly,compotent and cleaned up after they finished. The only problem was follow up with a letter, owner was to get me a letter stating the reason the electrical panel was to be replaced but haven't received it yet.

I would say it was very good to have a contactor that was up front and performed above the norm. They did a little more than they needed to and we all could use people that have the homeowner best intrest in mind. Quality products .quality work .no need to say more . Stacey was able to arrive within 1 hour after submitting my request - on Superbowl Sunday! He was extremely courteous, completing the job quickly and a reasonable price. I would definitely contact him again should I require any additional electrical services.

I have delayed the project a couple of weeks, but I found the owner to be very helpful over the phone and will definitely call him when I am ready to proceed.
