Arrow Glass and Mirror came out late on a Friday night to replace a broken window and were very professional and courteous. They sent back the same installer to do the final install of our double paned window a few days later and he did a wonderful job. After calling 3 other companies on the night our window was broken, Arrow Glass was the ONLY one that would put in a replacement pane of glass that night until our double pane replacement was ready. Great company and very professional workers!

They took 2 days to go measure the window glass, I asked them to let me know at what time were going, never called, I had to call and they said they've broke my glass and have to order a new one, 2-3 extra business days. They came to replace the window pane, I've been asking them for receipts (3 days now), calling morning & afternoon, talking to everyone there but still not getting my receipts emailed. I'm selling the house and need to show proof of repair to the buyers, but this people at arrow glass seems to be very disorganized. I won't recommend them if you need service soon. It took them 2 weeks.
