Klod and his team did an outstanding job and did the whole job within a week and a half as promised. They anticipated every request almost before I made it. I immediately had confidence in Klod as soon as I met him. I could count on his advice and his commitment to delivering the best possible results, If any problem did arise, it was addressed and resolved. For example, a beautiful vanity had been ordered, but as soon as I saw it in the bathroom, I knew it was too large. I called Klod, he came over right away and within an hour the vanity had been replaced with one that worked better in the available space. I might add that Klod and his team had a lot of obstacles to overcome, including a barking dog and a delay in having a dumster available because of a tree removal that was supposed to occur at the same time. But whatever else was going on, he and his team remained pleasant, calm, and efficient. I am thrilled with the results and would certainly choose this group again for future projects.

Klod is a very honest man who takes great pride in his work. My wife and I were expecting a baby and had just bought a new home and wanted to get our kitchen done and create a new half bathroom on the first floor. Klod went above and beyond to get the job done before my wife delivered (which included working on Christmas!). From our first meeting, I could tell Klod understood exactly what we wanted to get done and he was able to tell us the issues we were going to encounter before we even started. No need to look any further, Klod is your guy.

He can do multiple jobs and he communicates with you all the way from start to finish. He's not my relative so don't entertain the thought. He's simply 5 STAR.

I usually don t write reviews, but after the bathroom remodel Klod and his team did, I had to show gratitude. Not only were they detailed in their work, but they were also organized and clean after each task. I would highly recommend a Arrow home improvement; and they will be the go to company for all of my home projects

My wife and I had a small project I needed done and nowadays once you tell most contractors what the project is, they do not want to be bothered when they realize it is A small project. This was not the Case with Arrow Home Improvement. Claude actually followed up with and made this a great experience! I explained we needed two locking gates on our deck to give our puppy a place to roam around and not get out, along with some other repairs on the deck. Now keep in mind our deck has two large and different size openings on both ends, so this was not a matter of purchasing gates and just installing, Claude is a professional and built them both by hand. He gave me and estimate and I agreed to the price. The day he came to build the gate he realized these gates were so large that if he did not put braces and wheels on them, they would not stay sturdy that long. Being the person he is, he purchased braces and wheels for the gate OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET, as he was not going to renege on the quote he gave me. Job is completed and he is someone who is willing to do any project, large or small and does some of the best work I have ever seen!!!

From design to project completion, Arrowâ s team was excellent, keeping us informed, doing the work with great attention to detail and producing fine results on time. The first bathroom was a complete redesign and rebuild replacing a small tub with a built-in shower with frameless glass doors. The room was reconfigured with the linen closet door added to the hallway, saving space within the bathroom. This new bathroom is an extraordinarily modern and efficient design. The second bathroom was a major update preserving the features we wished to keep, but updating the floor, fixtures, cabinet, regrouting the shower tiles, etc. Central air conditioning including all duct work was also done during this project. Klod is excellent at designing solutions and coordinating his team to ensure that work is done efficiently without workers conflicting with each other. Arrow is a one stop solution for many different kinds of projects and I will definitely hire them in the future.

With careful consideration and after receiving estimates from 5 different companies we decided to go with Arrow/Klod. Klod is very professional, creative and has architectural insights. Every single item that Klod promised he delivered with perfection. We are so happy that we chose Arrow/Klod because the end result was a project completed on time within a reasonable budget and we couldn t be happier.

Project was to repair a deck, install an A/C wall unit, replace a custom window, and repair some other smaller issues around the house. Klod was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all the issues and what my options were. The work was done quickly and to a very high level. I wish I had hired Klod originally to build my deck!

WOW! I called at about 10 a.m. with a trio of small but essential problems with a deadlineâ  all were done by 1;30 that afternoon, even as complications arose. My door handle/lock were repaired, rather than replaced; the storm door was repaired, and the stairwell railing hung. I did not shop price, so no knowledge there (so picked a middle rating only because one was requiredâ we should not be required to review something without real knowledgeâ added a star from midpoint because Klod encouraged me to save the credit card fee by paying by checkâ that is considerate!), but could not ask for better, more prompt service or higher quality. Would gladly call again!

I called to get an estimate and they were able to come same day. Once agreeing to a price, they started working the next day. They were quick, professional and did an outstanding job. I will definitely hire them for the future.

They were expensive but got the job done quickly

I needed a kitchen to remodel and Klod responded quickly and came up with a beautiful plan for the project. He is very creative and really tries to please the customer. All during the remodel he kept on schedule and always updated me on the progress. I highly recommend him and his staff. He is very professional and will respond to any of your concerns.

Klod returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for the next morning for an estimate. He completed the job the same day. Neat and efficient.
