Trenton and his crew were great to work with during the sales and installation of the project for my parents. However, when we had concerns about issues with the installation. We had a contractor look it over and he concluded many shingles were not nailed down and the drip edges were not installed properly which will result in leaking over time. That contractor called Trenton and Trenton said it was not his problem. We were shocked. We tried reaching Trenton and left messages and he has not returned any calls. Hopefully, this does not happen to others, but I highly recommend those in Presque Isle MI to have any work Arrow did for them looked over by a professional.

Arrow Roofing is an outstanding company. After a devastating hail storm, we talked to several roofing companies , and then we met Neftaly Vasquez from Arrow Roofing. He inspected and photographed the roof damage, clearly explained the whole process, worked well with our insurance company and followed through as the roofing jobs were done. We found the work done quickly and efficiently, the crew even made the effort to minimize damage to my flowers. All in all, a very professional company. So nice to actually meet the owners and team who seemed very dedicated to their customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Arrow Roofing!

Trenton did a great job from start to finish. His crew was extremely hard working and finished the job in an unbelievably timely fashion. I highly recommend them and could not be happier with the job they did.

Would not recommend it. Lacks communication and follow-through. Did not show up several times as stated. Gave a good sales pitch and did not follow through. Damaged our property and stated they would take care of it. No one showed. Highly disappointed and do not recommend it!

After a hail storm caused extreme damage to our cottage, garage and boathouse roofs, Trenton and the Arrow team came to the rescue. Two words describe our experience. True Professionalism. Trenton worked with our insurance adjuster and got the ball rolling. The roofing crew was efficient and completed the cottage and garage in one day. They were amazing. Trenton is amazing. He replaced our roof with an architectural shingle in the summer of 2019. Heâ s enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Unlike other companies in the area, he responds the same day to calls. He coordinates to ensure the weather cooperates so your not left with an exposed roof. He also came out to our new home to fix a rotted boot. Great guy, great customer service! I would not only recommend his company to friends and family, but a job in the near future on our new home.

Trent, the owner was pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The team that came to install or roof was professional and extremely courteous. They did a beautiful job! When the job was over they cleaned up and didn t leave so much as a single nail on the ground. I highly recommend Arrow Roofing Services, LLC!

I have SO MANY pleasant things to say about my experience. Trent was extremely courteous, very kind and reassuring. He called to adjust his arrival time (which I appreciated since I was leaving work to meet him) and was there when I arrived, having already been on the roof to examine the possible causes of the problem. I was shown pictures of the issue and given 2 options for resolution. I find it admirable that I was urged to try the cheaper of the 2 options and assured that if this didn't completely fix the issue, my payment would be put toward the other option (though he was VERY confident that would not be necessary). I am overjoyed with the service, promptness of resolution, and pricing. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Arrow and if I am ever in need of roof-related assistance again, they will be the first I contact for assistance.
