I will never call anyone else again! Arrowhead was recommended by my plumber so I took a chance - I needed fridge repair and dishwasher repair. I was able to get same day service thanks to Kathy. Anthony could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable! He checked every possibility and finally said I needed a new fridge after all. And then he even quickly helped me find one, correct dimensions and all! He also came back the very next day with parts to fix my dishwasher! I just wish I hadnâ  t waited for so long to get this done, not knowing who to call! I trust this family owned and operated business - thank you Kathy, Andy and especially Anthony for a great job!

The refrigerator repair took 3 visits and each time Arrowhead came out and tried to fix the issue. The final time was a Whirlpool recall on some wiring that was probably the issue to begin with that Andy was able to diagnose and didn't initially show up the first visit. Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with and would absolutely use again and recommend highly.

I would 100% recommend Arrowhead Appliance Repair. Andy is very knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Anthony is also very good. Both have the most upstanding work ethic. Kathy that mans the phones is wonderful! I will never call any other repair service! 3 thumps up!! Thank you Andy!

Arrowhead Appliance Repair was excellent. Their technician, Andy, was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Andy was able to fix our cooktop which had a broken fan switch. The repairman, whose name I don't remember, answered the phone immediately. He was just finishing a job in the area. He came by within 15-20 minutes. He was friendly and competent. He worked quickly, made a few recommendations for the future, fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. His attitude and demeanor couldn't have been better. I would gladly use him again and recommend him to others.

Determined the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back a few days later and repaired it back to a normal working order.

Customer service was outstanding. Andy came out on a holiday to work on my refrigerator, which I hadn't expected. Then he went to the grocery store and bought some dry ice so I wouldn't lose food while waiting for a part. He was amazing!
