They did a tough job as agreed

From the very beginning I had a hard time getting feedback from Rob which I thought had something to do with the company being busy. I stuck with them because it was the best quote I received but it turned out that I should have gone with someone else. I never heard back from them as soon as I handed over the check but was promised that Arrowhead Pools would come back to replace the caps that were broken during the process and clean up the concrete spill overs. Make sure you do not pay until you are fully satisfied with the work. In the end of the day, I should have held back money but I expected Rob to stick to his word.

Fast turnaround and quality work.

Not only service is very bad, but also will raise the cost without notice after a few months. The owner Rob is very rude, like had no education at all. I am not a person who likes to give people a bad comment. But If there is a zero star rating I will give him a zero star. Be careful.

Out spa was in need of a facelift. We met with a couple of pool companies and did not have a hard time deciding to work with Arrowhead Pools. They had a competitive price and were clear about how things would work. The work was louder than I expected, but the demo and "re-pebbling" process was quick and clean. We're thrilled wth the end result.

Genuine, kind, honest. If only every company were like these guys.

As everyone knows, the world of swimming pools has more than its share of shady characters... Rest assured, Arrowhead Pools is NOT one of them! I cannot say enough good things about this company: I called several companies regarding my pool heater. Most were 7-10 days or more out before they could come, but Arrowhead went out of their way to rearrange their schedule to get to me in 2 days! They quickly installed the new heater. They patiently and clearly explained all my options and answered all my questions. A couple of days later Rob (the owner) came out to fix a minor leak. When I asked about the heaters location, instead of blowing me off, He uninstalled the heater, moved it, and reinstalled it! Their prices were basically the same or less than other companies. But when you consider the quality and promptness of their i services, you end up with the best overall value by far! I have done my own pool service for years, but I was so impressed with this company that I hired them to take over my weekly service. From Rob the owner to Earl the sales rep, and everyone in between, it was obvious to me that their primary focus is on customer service and satisfaction. If you need anything involving a pool, I cannot see how you could get better value for your money from anyone else.

Rob works the pool equipment and pool running side and Earl takes care of the pool plaster side. Both are great guys to work with.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, If I had a question, my phone calls were always promptly returned.. Rob and Earl visited my project everyday making sure that things were going as planned. I felt a personal connection to the company from the very beginning. Because it was a huge project for me to tackle Rob and Earl helped me navigate through the more difficult decisions. I have already recommended Arrowhead Pools to a friend. This was a wonderful experience and I am enjoying my beautiful pool.
