Overall it was an amazing experience with Roy. He was absolutely amazing very pleasant to be around, gave us lots of info on things that we can do 2 either change your system or just different ideas, was very compassionate compassionate to her situation we have a 3 year olds with cystic fibrosis and he came out right away to fix our problem our AC had completely went out. It was even later in the evening and he still came which was so amazing. I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs a c work done he's an amazing guy.
