Andy was super skilled and professional. Went out of his way to get me the right hardware for my needs. Highly recommend him.

I was very specific with what I wanted to be done. He assured me that he would do the job as described and gave me his confidence. He did not respect the goal. The door requires to be slammed or pushed shut hard in order to be shut. He said that this the way it has to be done. I feel it i is not necessary. He compromised on quality work. I would never recommend arroyo.

Andy did a great job repairing our exterior door frame. He stuck to the price that was originally quoted. He stayed in contact the day of the appointment to let us know when he was on the way. He was very good about the whole social distancing stuff going on at the time of the repair.

I have a 100 year old rental house in LA. the tenant reported an door issue which required immediate maintenance. Andy, of Arroyo Door and Hardware, responded to my call. During his inspection of the door, he noted that he could perform a short term fix, but that the door would require a long term solution. Without my prompting he provided only a quote for the immediate need. He couldn't immediately perform the long term fix due to bad weather. The quote was under my expectations. I then asked him for a quote for the long term solution which he provided. Both quotes were below my expectations, especially since the door size had become non-standard over the 100 year life of the house. I immediately decided to contract both the short term fix and the long term solution. During the contracting process, I had some mobility problems, and Andy was very accommodating in solving these problems. I have had many contractors perform work for me, some are excellent, some less so. Andy has certainly earned my trust based both on his customer focus and quality of his work. He is an excellent contractor.

I had a very complicated door and frame replacement job. Andy was very professional and really knows his craft. Got the entire job done in one day. Will definitely hire him again if I ever needed another job done.

Andy was very responsive to my request to fix my shower door track guide. He made an appointment for the day after I contacted him, arrived on time, and did the job right, when another provider had failed. I will definitely use him on other jobs.

Andy was efficient, friendly and professional. He repaired two of our doors on short notice, and did a super job. He saved us money by fixing some of the hardware instead of replacing it. I would definitely Arroyo Door & Hardware to my neighbors and friends.

Andy was fast and professional. He met me at the lumberyard to make sure we had the right material for the job. It was a complicated job in that the pocket door track was already installed. He had to trim back the drywall, hang the door and trim it all out. It was a very unique custom condition and he made it work on a tight time frame. If we had more time I would have done the trim slightly differently to match the contemporary aesthetic of our home, but we just needed to get it done quickly and in a quality way, and Andy did that.

Price a little high but did excellent work.

He came from Pasadena to do the work and I think that was commendable since I am in Bellflower. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

I asked for service on 4 sliding screen doors (two different types/manufacturers). Both sets were repaired perfectly and function like factory new.

Andy came on a holiday weekend because he knew that I had no door on my house. A kind and very competent guy for sure.

The front doors to my house are stainless steel, tough to adjust and have been out of alignment for years. Andy to the rescue! When he was done tweaking them for an hour or so, they open and close perfectly -- the dragging, hitting and leaks are gone and I am one happy customer. Arroyo knows their stuff -- a solid addition to my list of pros.

He was nice and professional. The only thing that I did not like was that the door was not fixed completely and he charged the quoted amount. I think he should have reduced the price since he did not fix it to my satisfaction.

On time and polite.

The work was very good, but numerous delays before starting. Needed to keep calling to find out why.
