Great job. I am very pleased. Installers were good and fast. They started early and stayed late.

I had a complicated job in that I had a regular roof and a small flat roof that needed some reframing before the roof could be completed. I was also trying to coordinate with AC people to get some ductwork done while the flat roof was open. Finally, I had a timing issue because I was going out of town for 6-8 weeks and needed it to get done before I left. Since I was trying to coordinate with AC, I needed to be home I included an overall deadline in my contract since I knew I was leaving. They agreed to it. The flat roof needed to be demoed before the rest of the work began so I could get the framing done. The flat roof got demoed timely. Then the rains began early in the season (mid-May). This created delays and leaking in the demoed area. There was a lot of angst around the whole project for a while. The leaky area got tightened up but the delays continued, mostly due to weather but not entirely. This created issues with the AC folks that were basically on a day to day standby depending on the roofers. On one day of the project I looked out my front door and the crew was sound asleep on my front porch at 2 in the afternoon. I took pictures and posted on Facebook that I guess they're done for the day. My friends got a kick out of it. Turns out it was just a siesta and they did get back to work but after all the delays it was frustrating that they were finally here but weren't working. At the end of the day the roof and the AC work got completed because I had incredibly understanding and flexible AC guys. The job got done before I left for several weeks but only because I built a little cushion into my deadline, which they did not meet. After the roof was complete and I returned to town, they sent a drywall guy to make some repairs from the leaky flat roof. Robert with RLT Plastering was fantastic. It took a lot of time and effort on his part but he was committed to doing the job right and making sure I was happy. I would definitely use him again for drywall or painting projects. As for Arry's, salesman Dave Braun and crew supervisor Jonny were fabulous. Overall, parts of the process were awesome and parts of it were maddening. Some of it was caused by my special needs with timing and a messed up flat roof, some by the weather, and some by them. I hope I don't need another roof for decades but if I do, I would call them.

Very poor customer service. My new roof leaked after installation. I chose a large, well known company I thought I could trust. I should have used a less expensive option. My roof was way too expensive for all of the aggravation.

They did a good job on my roof for a good price.

Scheduling was tricky since my job was a minor repair. The crew that did the work did a great job and repaired the problem. I was a little disappointed on the cost the safety precautions I thought I was paying extra for were not needed but I am happy that the repair seems to have taken.

The project manager came to give me an estimate and said that we didn't need a new roof. He then fixed the leaks and would not accept any payment. You cannot beat that for honesty when two other companies were willing to charge me thousands of dollars for a replacement. I will always recommend them and use them when a real need arises because they are truly wonderful. This was a great way to earn customer respect and get future business as well. Well done!

The workers are very polite . Keep conversation open with clients they cover plants while working. Remove and clean up surrounding. Office staff keeps communication line open with clients. We already refer this service to our friends.no leaking on the roof and flat roof. They came in to temp. seal. The leaking flat roof prior to the installation time without extra charge. Than you! Well Done!

From start to finish the entire process was excellent. Fast competitive quote from Lee who catered to what I needed, scheduling was quick from the girls inside, job was professionally done. Had 1st rain since install and no leaks. Phew. Tim even blew leaves off my driveway while Cody was cleaning up. Great guys who treat you with respect and care about there work.

So far things have gone well. We have a start date and they call us weekly with updates to the start date. Hope the work is as good as their customer service.

From Dave the salesman, to the girls at the office, and Jose the head of the installation crew...kudos to all. They answered all questions and took the time to give us addresses to visit the work that they previously did. It made picking my color shingles that much easier.
