Art Construction did a great job on my roof replacement! Highly recommend!

10 ⭠︠Review When all seemed lost as a result of the devastating Hurricane Michael, my Knights in shining armor are Art⠠s Construction. Here are the three (3) reasons for this statement: 1. Hurricane Michael took the roofs of both condos in Panama City - There were many roofers that I contacted who were too busy to even answer my call or were quoting prices that were unaffordable. In fact, it cost $$$$$ just to ⠠tarp⠠the hole in the roof. At that point, I was ready to ⠠throw in the towel⠠. However, not one to give up too easily, I made one more call. That call was to Art⠠s Construction. Sheila Wambo answered and said, ⠠Art⠠s Construction, how can I help you⠠. The words I was hoping to hear and believe. So, long story short, both condos received a fabulous new roof for a very fair price within days of that phone call. My heroes! 3. As a landlord, I had to accept the repair priority of full-time families being number one, so I waited 2 1/2 years for the next extensive list of repairs. I hired many different contractors, all who made many promises but found ⠠difficulty⠠with keeping those promises. It was as if I were a Priest or Psychologist listening to all of their tales of woe. All while making payments hoping for some promised outcome, but never quite getting the results that were promised. Then, as I was, again, about to abandon any hope of providing a tenant a home this year, there was another storm. So, another roofing repair was needed for one of the condos. I contacted Art⠠s Construction. Sheila answered the phone and said, ⠠Art⠠s Construction, how can I help you⠠. Art⠠s Construction came through with the kind of exemplary response and performance. They repaired everything within a few days. This result prompted my question, Sheila, does your company handle any kind of repair/renovations? She responded with, ⠠yes, we do⠠. Music to my ears. 4. Waiting 2 1/2 years for repairs took its toll. Not to mention all the ⠠patchy⠠repair work completed by many different contractors. Art⠠s Construction stepped in and provided me the whole, honest truth. Sheila assigned David Barlup, as the Project Manager to address the ⠠challenges⠠. David and I hit it off right away. He gave me the confidence and trust that I craved. He outlined the whole repair plan and was very forthright and forthcoming with his ideas and recommended updates, repairs, renewal, and schedule for completion. Once we came to agreement, David assigned Mr Gerald Simmons to one of the major taskings, i.e., installing a brand new kitchen and replacing both bathroom vanities. Long story short, David and Mr Simmons took the bull by the horns and have accomplished everything on time and within budget. We went from ⠠Homeless shanty⠠to beautiful condo available for rent within two (2) weeks. Whatever your home improvement needs are call Art⠠s Construction! From a very satisfied and extremely happy client!

Undependable. Hard to fit a box review. Dishonest. My roof not inspected over a year. Bad follow up. Hurricane house not fixes. In bad shape. 2 years. Lots of damage. Bad quality chimney vents, etc on my chimney, vents. Bad. I wish they never came into my life and jacked my life and Hurricane repairs around. Horrible company!!! Ruined my life!!!!!!

Very Professional and great work. I would recommend asking for Ryan Vess for any roofing or construction needs. He was honest and gave great advise throughout the entire process!

After Hurricane Michael we all needed roofs. We chose ART Construction be cause they had done our roof a few years prior and it held up very well all things considered. They were so fast at getting the supplies and work done it was barely 5 days from start to finish. They tore off the old roof and resealed and replaced the entire home and we couldn't be happier.

I ve seen many crews from other companies leave such a mess behind after the project was complete. The crew from Art Construction did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Having messes to still clean up after Hurricane Michael, I really appreciated that.

Rod and he s partner repaired many projects on our metal roof from hurricane Michael. Excellent craftsmanship with repairing holes of the underneath of roof.

ART Construction was AWESOME from start to finish! They gave us a more than fair price, started on time (the ONLY Contractor that has done so since Hurricane Michael), showed up EVERY day on time, worked with great skill and even cleaned up the grounds EVERY day. We literally were BEYOND HAPPY with both their service and the quality of their work!!! While we hope we don t need their services again for many years, we DEFINITELY will hire them if/when we do! I give them 6 STARS on a scale of 1-5!!!🎆

They did an amazing job if I had another roof I'd let them do that one as well I would recommend them to anyone.

They had to reschedule once, but showed up 2 days later, as promised. Stayed late to finish the job. Came back next day to clean area around our home. All in all, a very good experience with Art Construction.

Great roofing company. I hope they paid the crew of Mexicans a good amt. as they are expensive and had the same job done 20 yrs ago for ten thousand less and no Mexicans. Great job tho!

Pitched roof install went smoothly, 2 flat areas caused them issues. 3 layers that wouldn't budge. On the second day of removal we all realized it wasn't coming off in under a week. They worked with us on pricing to completely remove the entire covering of the carport, re-sheathed it and completed it that day. I would use them again for roofing or other projects.

This company is the best ! They showed up early and worked late. They stayed ahead of schedule, took no shortcuts, were trustworthy and very courteous. Wilsun's crew rocks ! No smokers and high energy. Awesome workers. Art Construction delivers. If they say it, they do it ! Very high work ethic and this crew will always be welcome at my home. From Ryan (sales) to T.J. (crew chief) to the office staff, these folks were the best ! Already recommended them to two our our neighbors ! Make sure all is arranged before work starts because if your not fluent in Spanish you'll get no where. Two plywood sheets were replace - no one seems to know where.

Due to clerical error, they had dark gray rather than light gray. Wife now likes dark gray better. Discounted price due to their error.

Excellent job on the roof. The contract was straight forward explained everything in detail. The only problem I have is, my gutter took a beating. I would definitely recommend this contractor

Very professional, excellent work. Covered all the details very well.

They started the job about 2 weeks after being hired. Removed the old roof, repaired bad spots in the decking, replaced 2 skylights and the ridge vents and replaced the shingles all in one day. Did a great job. Even painted the vent pipes on the roof to match the new shingles. Easy to work with and very responsive to inquiries. Informed me the chimney cap was rusting and replaced at a reduced cost with the roof.
