Doug's Plumber left without fixing the leak causing extensive water damage. I posted a negative review on Google, and Doug made it about rodent damage. Thankfully the damaged pipe was sent to us & shows a cut in the pipe not a chewed pipe. What amazes me is that Doug seems to be have started in 1971 & has decided to his spend golden years lying about his customers & demeaning them instead of accepting negligence like his plumber did. His plumber apologized, fixed the issue & was kind to offer to make it up on his next job. Unfortunately he left the company and Doug put us on a No Service List due to the late payment. The payment was held back to ensure there were no further leaks caused by their negligence as no photos of the work done in an attic was provided. We had to simply trust he did a good job & only giving it time ensured it. Doug is disrespectful, aggressive, tires to intimidate his customers. Read his responses to one star reviews on Google & BBB, you will get it.

"We provided a service for you and after multiple times of trying to reach you about the payment. A payment was final made after 3 months. Due to this you were put on our No Service List. Now you are going around on multiple sites with multiple fake profiles and leaving 1 star reviews."

The service pro was very friendly and thorough. Given the opportunity to conduct a large, expensive project, he informed me that it wasn't needed and fixed my problem for 5% of the price I was quoted by another plumber.
