installed a pump and never left the owners manaul on how it's works. I've called a number of time to have the manaul dropped off and have never gotten a call back from them.I had to hire a new company to fix the problems with the system not holdig presure. I was never told the check value was in the wrong location till i hired a new company. That company said the seal in the brand new unit is bad and would cost 170.00 to fix the unit.I've attempted to contact Art Garden and have met with negtive results.

Contractor failed to place sprinkler heads properly resulting in broken heads by cars driving over them RIGHT NEXT to the road and driveway. Contractor promised a 2 HP pump, installed a 1.5 HP motor. Motor for pump placed on an inadequate base.

They did a large design/install project ($10,000). Completed 95%. Now that we mistakenly paid them all the money, they refuse to return and complete the remaining 5% even though Andres has promised to do so numerous times. Now they won't take our calls and refuse to respond to voice mail messages. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend to anyone else. We would have been very happy and satisfied IF they had returned and completed the job they were paid for.

Did a good job with my specified parameters. Very thorough and clean on my property. Had all of the equipment to tackle any job.

Difficult to communicate, workers did not speak English.

They charged $450 for something I had paid no more than $250 for in the past! They were to replace sprinkler heads, move a sprinkler a few inches and replace a filter on my system. They never replaced the filter..they removed the entire filter assembly and just connected a regular tube to it.These guys that did the work didnt know my system from the next! I am very disappointed with the work and the price I had to pay!

Andres with Art Garden is very professional and a pleasure to work with. After getting quotes from many landscaping companies and dealing with the general lack of professionalism and promptness from many other companies, Andres easily stood above everyone else. The job was done on time and his crew was very pleasent and hard working. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We are going to use them again and have several friends and neighbors that will look to Andres for his services. We enthusiastically recommend Art Garden! They will grow to become a great success!

Although the initial work performed was fine (except for the sprinkler system), the promised warranty was not adhered to and when something went wrong several months later, he ignored the phone calls, never showed up to fix it and basically lied about when he was coming over to fix the problem.

Prompt. Did good work. I had to leave and he was not done yet, so I was reluctant to give final check, especially since he had to get more mulch to finish. But I give check and he actually came back to finish the mulching. A+ service.
