I had my gutters cleaned by Vladimir. He was on time and did a good job quickly. The price was certainly right, doesn't get much better than that. I will definitely will re-hire Vladimir to do my gutters again. I'm very pleased with his service.

Depending on what kind of pool you have, they seemed to have little experience with vinyl liners. They also installed pool cover upside down, which we needed to fix on our own.

Prompt customer service and multiple follow-up from E Property Maintence to earn his business. I had elected to self perform about 50% of clearing my own driveway but then gave up. They called me again and I finally hired E Property Maintenance to finish it up. Headache gone and my drieway is now good to go!!

I was very impressed with the overall service and delighted when I returned home to find my Polaris, cleaned as well and on it's stand with the cord wound up under my porch, I certainly don't think other companies would go that extra mile! I would definitely use Vlad and his team again!!

Vlad was very efficient, came with a team of three to get things done quickly. Good value including raking leaves and lowering the water level, other companies charge more and do not include this service. Will probably use him again

I used Art-land for both opening and closing this year. I had them close my pool last week. They did everything they should have to closed my pool. They were quick to call back and let me know what was going on. They were able to close my pool within a week of talking to them on the phone. Their prices are also very competitive.

They did a good job and were punctual. As a new pool owner however, I was expecting a bit more detail on what was being done and what I needed to do to maintain the pool until closing.
