Ivan installed new vinyl siding and three new windows in our home. When the old fiberboard siding was removed, lots of wood rot and poor insulation were uncovered due to poor workmanship done by the original builder. Ivan fixed all the problems and we are so very happy with the result. Our house looks great and our furnace runs way less since the drafts are gone. Ivan and his crew perform high-quality work; they are honest, friendly and their communication was excellent. We highly recommend Art Quality Renovations and will hire them for all of our house projects going forward.

Hired Art Quality Renovations to install cellar door. Ivan did an excellent job on installation. I was also informed of every step. He showed up when he said he would and left the area clean . I would hire this company again and I thank Ivan for his knowledgeable and profession work.

Ivan was very easy to work with. He returned calls and emails promptly. We did have to negotiate a bit on what I wanted versus what they initially built but I am happy with the nice side porch. They also put on an entry door and a screen door. I would recommend this company.

Ivan was great to work with. We had him replace siding and all windows, paint outside, a new front door, paint all walls and ceilings inside, replace counter-tops, paint cabinets and trim, remove an interior wall and bar, replace all sinks, add new lighting plus numerous small projects. He checked in daily to make sure the work was getting done properly. We encountered some delays (much of which was out of his control) but he always did everything in his power to make things right. He was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. He treated us with integrity and the prices were very reasonable. We love the new look to the house and would definitely use him again
