"This review is the first I have known of any dissatisfaction at all with the vinyl flooring install. I have written to this customer to get the details and have offered to correct whatever has not met with their complete approval. Its been about two weeks since I contacted this homeowner and he has not returned my calls. We are still very willing to do whatever we can to give complete satisfaction. We did several things to ensure a quality job that were not part of the scope of work and were not charged for, demonstrating very practically that we are committed to excellence if given the chance."
"Many apologies for the delay in returning the shower to service! Sometimes things don't go quite as well as planned. We tried to make up for this a bit with discounts on some extra work they wanted done."
"Bill had what was I think, the ugliest kitchen in the county! We're glad to have been part of the solution for changing it to an attractive, functional space."
"Patti and her husband were wonderful to work for and we had fun enlarging their shower space and improving its looks with a tile surround and tiled seat. We also tiled her kitchen backsplash over new quartz tops and the kitchen really pops now!"
"This proved to be a challenging installation in an older home. It was very satisfying to help Sally get the kitchen she had wanted for many years."
"Nancy had an ugly old cement slab for a front-of-the-house deck which we were able to replace with a low-maintenance WeatherReady pvc deck and rail. We discovered that the slab's construction had led to a rotted band joist not visible from the interior which was repaired. We're happy that she is pleased!"
"We did forget to turn on the water line to Mabel's refrigerator! Sorry!"
"We are very pleased to have been of service to Celia and her mom. Thank you Celia for your willingness to serve our country! Mom has such a sunny disposition that we hated to leave, glad to know we'll be back!"
"Mr. S's skylight installation was a challenge; hard to get to, multiple angles, and the largest skylight shaft we have built to date. We are glad it came out well. Thanks!"
"Meghan's project grew a bit as it went along, we found concealed electrical boxes and completely uninsulated walls which we were able to correct. The bath looks good and is fully functional now."
"Katie and her family were a pleasure to work for! We especially liked getting acquainted with a character of a border collie who supervised the job from start to finish and made sure we got up and down the stairs ok."
"Jim's installation went very smoothly. we were able to correct some deficiencies with regard to air infiltration around both doors making for a much more weather-tight home as well as improving its appearance."
"The previous homeowner had built in some problems that we corrected in the process of replacing the tub with a much more useful shower stall for this family. New closet and entry doors, tile, and nice fixtures rounded it out! The current homeowner painted the bathroom himself and we are not sure why the paint failed causing some of the joint compound to crack but we are pledged to help fix the problem."
"Bob and Marybeth have more projects in mind for their home and we are glad to have such great folks for customers!"
"Mrs. Elinski has been a pleasure to work for and I'll be sorry when her son graduates and the townhouse gets sold!"
"Small house, lots of kids, 1 bathroom- I'd be looking for help with that too! We were glad to do it in a way that accommodated their desires at an affordable price."
"This project involved completing the framing necessary to insulate adequately and then finish the garage space with drywall and trim. It came out well and we are happy to have another satisfied customer!"
"We repaired Mr. Knights' porches which had become rotted in some sections and replaced some missing exterior trim. The Knights are great people to work for!"
"Just to get a cat to notice is an achievment! We're glad the people liked our work too."
"We were glad to do a small job for this retired couple at a reasonable cost."
"Thanks Maria! Nice update to a 70's raised ranch. We took out dark, vinyl-skinned doors and replaced them with smooth finished 6 panel doors. The new locksets look sharp."
