Artech Design, Inc.

Very prompt and professional. Great job from start to finish. Highly recommend

On time and the quality of materials, workmanship are one of the best. Keep things nice and clean in work area.

Workers were great! Very professional and very organized. They were neat and kept things clean. Work was performed timely.

He is great!! He does quality work and I have already recommend him to my neighbors!

Best price offer. Work was efficient. Every one that I interacted with was very professional. Have recommended them to others.

I highly recommend Artech for any home improvement job you are considering. My house got 100% new floors, new master bathroom, updated kitchen tiling, total paint job, and partial upgrade to one guest bath. The contractors are true craftsmen in addition to being polite, respectful, and artistic in their work. Highly trustworthy. They cleaned up every evening to a standard higher than what I expected. Mohammad was the best...helped me choose tasteful upgrades without a heavy sell job. He will be the sole bidder when I decide to do the remaining upgrades on my list.

Mr Mohammad was the person who I met and worked with me to complete this project. We walked through the home as I explained what I wanted: a new carpet (over a tile floor) and new tile in one bathroom. He listened carefully and provided me with fantastic options. No tricks, no nonsense, no hidden fees. The contract is written with everything in black and white. The work was done quickly and the crew does not leave a mess. Mr Mohammad contacted me often to keep me informed on the progress of the project: if the crew was arriving, if they needed to do an extra step, if the crew was leaving... he even brought in a few boxes that were delivered to my house and he was worried as it was raining!! The work was done beautifully, all high quality materials, and I am completely satisfied with the work done on my new home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I had a great experience with Mr Mohammad and Artech. Thank you.

Mr. Mohammad, president, and owner delivered the products as he explained and promised to us. The quality of work performed by this company is exemplary and did painting the entire house, installed laminate flooring and installed a new one of the best carpets for the entire house (340sq. feet) and workmanship is excellent. I would strongly recommend if anyone needs remodeling, hire this company. Mr. Mohammad is a very honest man and delivers as promised. He is very easy to work with. R. Mohan

Mohammed doesn't waste your time with sub-par materials and won't corner you into a hard sales push. He wants to earn your business and he is very professional about it. His team of contractors are also very detail oriented and will take the extra time to make sure a job is done right the first time. You might find the cost to be above the average remodeling quote, but you can see every penny of your cash in the quality of the work performed.

These guys were in and out in no time, were very clean and very respectful of our needs .

I certainly am satisfied with the quality of my carpet and padding. Mr. Mohammed was very personable and helpful. However, installation could have taken less time if a four men crew was available instead of only two men.

I gave 5's across the board for their quality, service, and price. Truly a great company with owners and workers who care about their service and view you as a valued customer. Will use them again for our upstairs renovation.

I highly recommend Artech. They were extremely professional and did the work VERY quickly. We are very happy with the way the floors look. We would definitely use them again.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mohammad,Le,and Tens!

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They gave excellent advice when choosing our floors, and they stood by their word when it came to payment. There were no surprises. The quality of work is excellent, and their crew were wonderful to work with. The new floors took our home to the next level. I am very pleased.

Extremely professional throughout the entire process. Felt Mohammad was more interested in providing quality service and experience than making a quick sale. Continued to work after complete to make certain we were satisfied. A rare find.

SIX STARS!!! Our carpet looks great and it was done SO QUICKLY!! And you can't beat the price! And the owners are the friendliest people. They made a stressful process a delight. I cannot recommend them enough.

At first, we were very hesitant and nervous about having our floors replaced. That all changed as soon as we met Mohammad with Artec Flooring. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The end result was fantastic and I couldn’t begin to explain how simple and streamlined everything was. Our home had a lot of issues with leveling and they took care of it with no problem. The installers were on time, if not early, every day! They were very careful to wrap up everything that could possibly get dust on it. They were very clean and left everyday with all tools picked up and floors swept. Just an outstanding experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mohammad was wonderful. Very customer service oriented.

I engaged Artech for replacing carpeted floors in 4 of my rooms (and their adjoining closets) with hardwood. I first had them come over to my house on 16th October for an estimate, and the proprietor, Mohammed insisted that we should visit his storefront and make our selection there. We did this on 21st October, and during our visit to the store we agreed on a price, and a start date of 30th October. His crew arrived on 30th October and got to work right away. The first thing that struck us was their dedication and the quality of work. They came in at around 10:00 a.m. each morning and left at around 6:00 p.m., systematically going about their work - first moving all the furniture, then stripping out the carpets, then leveling the floors, then starting on laying out the wood. On day 3 we hit a hiccup - we were under the impression that the pricing was provided to us to include the closet in the master bedroom (around a total of 80 sq. ft), but Artech felt otherwise. However, after discussions with Mohammed, he offered to cover those closets at no additional charge. The work for the closet caused a delay by a day, but even so, the crew finished putting back all the furniture by noon on 3rd November, after having worked for 4.5 days. The final product is very pleasing to the eye, and I laud Mohammed and his team's dedication to the job and their desire to keep the customer 100% satisfied. I will be actively recommending Artech to friends seeking to redo their flooring.

Very happy with this service

We were flood victims and had a surgery date of Oct 23rd.They were complete with the renovations by Oct 20th.Mohammed and his crews were excellent.I would highly recommend them for any job.

Artech did an excellent job. Laminate flooring in 5 rooms.

Artech did a fabulous job in helping us transform our home. The entire exterior and interior of the house was painted, new flooring was installed and a master bathroom renovated. The workmanship was top notch and best of all the entire project was completed in just over 3 weeks time. There was ongoing communication at all times to make sure that we were pleased. I would highly recommend this company!!!
