We hired Artech for our main bathroom remodel in February of 2021. We had to move out of our house temporarily since we were doing a full bathroom remodel and this was the only bathroom that we have in the house. The project was expected to be approximately two weeks and wound up being 4 weeks. Alex is very knowledgeable and during the demo and renovation, we checked in with Alex and everything was going to plan. Alex and his team are very trustworthy and do take good care of your home. We were very pleased as the work was being completed. As we got to the end, and the final touches were being completed, we asked if we could go over a few things that we would like addressed. Alex became frustrated that we were criticizing his work. At this point we noticed that the towel rack was not heating up. Alex worked with us to troubleshoot this issue and in result a pipe burst behind the wall and water started to leak through the floor and through our dining room ceiling. Alex was very apologetic and fixed the wall and drywall but could not find the problem and told us that we should reach out to a plumber. We paid Alex the remaining cost of the project minus how much the repairs for the heater could possibly be. We called a plumber, and they were able to address the issue within a few hours. The project ?ended? and we reached out to Alex to see if we could meet to discuss how some of the outstanding items could be addressed and come to some sort of agreement. We never heard back. The drywall, taping and painting is very sloppy, we have chips on the marble slabs going into the shower, the sink was leaking (which we were able to fix ourselves) and most of all, the entire black marble floor is scratched up so badly that we need to get a professional out to address the issue. I do believe that Artech is a good company, however, the experience that we had for this renovation was extremely disappointing.

ARTECH made our kitchen remodel dreams come true! They are a superior contractor. It took one month to gut, take down a wall and completely remodel our kitchen. All details were addresses and the craftsmanship with which they work is excellent. We are so pleased with the final outcome. Already looking for the next job to hire them for.

Alexander Gonzalez was on time , acted in a very professional matter. He put up a privacy wall on my deck in just one day. He is very dependable , does a very good job and seem to love the type of work that he does . I highly recommend him because he is dependable and does a very good job and I would probably hire him again if I need work done in my hone .

They did plaster repair, drywall install, painting. Completely redid the bathrooms. They are efficient, timely, considerate, professional and extremely proficient in their skills.

Mr. Gonzalez and his team were prompt and courteous. They finished the work in one day. He corresponded through email when ordered materials where delayed from the manufacturer. There was no mess left after the window repair and paint job was finished. We are happy with the finished work on our home and will recommend Artech property restoration to our family and friends.

Since hiring Artech Property Restoration, they have completed several projects for me. I highly recommend them because I have come to discover they can do it all!!! Noone's perfect but they come pretty darn close.

I have to say that Alexander Gonzalez and is whole crew were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would most definitely recommend Mr. Gonzalez to my family and friends as well as have him complete future projects.

Mr. Gonzalez and crew were a pleasure to work with when you consider that there are some many frogs before one finds a Prince out here. Before they painted my entire two bedroom apartment they had to repair my walls, as I had electrical work done in three rooms. Additionally, they did a number of small handyman type of things like rebuilding a base cabinet drawer and removing shower rod fixtures without destroying my bathroom tile. While others told me it could not be done. After discovering that my wood floors were engineered wood and could not be refinished again, he adjusted the initial quote fairly. They also made more room in my laundry closet, buy suggesting that I put the plumbing inside the wall in a laundry box. In doing so they found a major hole in the drain pipe. They also readied kitchen counters and plumbing for the installation of granite countertops. Finally, when the fabricators recommended that I find someone to build a panel on the side of my dishwasher, they were able to add that 2-hour job without incident, ensuring that my countertops get mounted properly at a reasonable price. I have every intention of using him for future jobs and have already begun telling my friends about him. I have found my electrician and plumber on Home Advisor with great success, however, had I found Mr. Gonzalez first I would not have needed them. ARTECH can do it all! His workers have great temperaments, respectful, and Mr. Gonzalez's skill, easy manner, and knowledge base is refreshing. I am so happy to have found them!
