They do a thorough cleaning each time they come. I have always been very satisfied with their work.

I have been using Artemis for over a year now and after each visit our house is spotless. I've never had such a thorough service. The attention to detail is amazing. Dana and her crews are just spectacular. They charge more but do more. And Dana won't take advantage. She recommended we only have them come once a month. Two or more women clean for three to four hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I hired this company to do a **restoration clean** and help pack up a house for $2,900. They did not label boxes, so I do not know where anything is at. Most items were not bubble wrapped even though bubble wrap was provided. They did not haul any trash away like they said they would. Many closets were not wiped clean, portions of walls were not cleaned properly, did not replace window screens that they removed, baseboards in office were not wiped, they threw away household items that I did not ask them to throw away, flooded my floors when they moved the washing machine. They broke my window and then held it hostage until HomeAdvisor intervened. Thank you to HomeAdvisor for getting my window back for me! When it was finally returned, the glass had been replaced with USED Plexiglass.

Exceptional communication and cleaning! I have never seen any cleaning service clean as well as this company; the place was spotless. They may charge slightly more but are worth every penny.

I called Artemis Cleaning for a residential cleaning service estimate, to possibly lead into a regularly scheduled Maid Service. From the start, I found that Dixie would promptly respond to any calls that I had with questions or concerns. I scheduled Dixie to come to my home. Prior to her arrival, I set up some test spots to check how effectively she cleans. To my amazement, she not only cleaned those areas, but went above and beyond in other areas that I did not even think that she would address. She is a very personable and wonderful person with super attention to details. She also offered me a money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. I never had to take her up on that as I am totally satisfied with all aspects of her professional and efficient cleaning performance. Highly recommended!!!

Dona and her Artemis team are truly consummate professionals! Of the cleaning services I consulted, only Dona actually scheduled an initial appointment and came to my home to personally assess and customize my cleaning needs. And when they did come to clean, what a truly super job they did! My home - shared with 2 lovable rescue cats that are my pride and joy - absolutely SPARKLED like it never did before! I am extremely pleased with the initial care and attention I received and look forward to continuing our relationship!

Everything and more of what i expected in a cleaning service. I have already recommended them to two neighbors. Really, Donna came and gave a review of expectations. Once here i asked for additional work which was performed better than i thought. A true 5 star company.

They are an amazing team. My house sparkles. I have never had a cleaning crew do such a thorough cleaning job. All my appliances sparkle as well as my bathrooms. They even cleaned the inside of my refrigerator. I highly recommend them. They are also a happy crew, very pleasant and courteous.

The owner Donna and her three maids were outstanding. They did a full house cleaning and disinfecting, windows inside and out and outdoor patio and furniture. They cleaned every cabinet and closet inside and out. They brought all of their own cleaning products, mops, rags and ladders. They arrived at exactly 7:00 am as promised and were here two days cleaning.

All I can say is WOW! These four ladies did in a matter of hours what I couldn't do in months! They went that extra mile that you rarely get these days! My home is clean and fresh smelling again. This made my Holidays special again and renewed my faith in honesty and committment. Call Donna for an on site estimate and hire her and the team to get all home cleaning and organizing completed. Best money I've spent in a long time!

Best Cleaning Service for home hands down! I have hired many cleaning services over many years. Artemis Cleaning Services was the best I've ever had by far. The results were outstanding. Results were better than hospital or military inspection grade. I am a middle-aged male who hasn't cleaned my home in any way in 3 years except for occasional vacuuming. The shower was never cleaned including before I moved in, so it was in bad shape. It's now in perfect shape and clean enough for a hospital and for selling. Every small detail was cleaned, including vents, baseboard and ceiling fans, windows, oven, sinks etc. Dana called as soon as I asked for estimates on Home Advisor. She arrived the next day to see what needed to be done and provide a quote. She had accomplished that before any competitor even called me. We settled on what was to be done and the price. The price is based on each specific job, so mine was low compared to the amount of work and the quality of work done. I had an extremely dirty house and they made it spotless and organized. Dana and her crew of 5 total people arrived on time and began work. 7 hours later I had a new place. I couldn't believe the difference. The place was spotless and organized. I will not even consider another cleaning service. Artemis will be mine for life. I will not even entertain offers from anyone else. I will hire Dana and her company for all my services on a recurring basis. I'm no longer embarrassed to invite friends over. Artemis is the best I've ever seen, covering several decades and the entire USA. Without a doubt 5 stars all around and my new cleaners for life.

Dixie and her crew were right on time! They worked hard, continually and diligently all day. They are very nice, pleasant and personable.
