They installed a door knob with lock in August, the knob fell off in November. Called and made appt for the repair. They did not show up at the appointment time. I called there 800 #. Someone called back and told me that they were trying to locate the locksmith that did the original installation in August. No one ever showed up or called back with an update. They get a 0 rating.

Arties called within 10 mins and was able to have a locksmith at my address in 20 mins. When I asked on the phone what the fee would be , if there was a service fee I was told that the locksmith once at the site could tell me the cost of the job , because he could assess the work needed. Well , at first it was " got to dril thru the cylinder and that is $250 " . When that was not sucessful it was $350 and$65 for service call. $451 and 1/2 hr later I was out of my apartment. Though they did what they had too to get me out I still feel that the fee was a bit high and would have prefered to know about the service fee prior.
