Im Steve Donovan, president of Artifact, LLC, a creative residential services company based on the principals of commitment to customer service, selfless problem-solving and accountability. I have done all types of construction on a small scale with my private clients and on a larger scale as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent in mid-to-large-scale construction companies. There are no projects too big or too small for Artifact, LLC, and I look forward to earning your business.

The work was fine. However I paid him by check and he provided no invoice or receipt. When requested twice by email (over 10 days) I received no response and no invoice for my records.

Our corporate housing company was in a tight spot with one of our apartments in South Portland, Maine. Blinds needed to be installed in the bathroom and the cable equipment needed to be connected. Steve was able to take care of all our needs in a timely, professional, thorough and cost-effective manner. At the end of the day, the resident was happy, so that makes us happy. I will make sure and use them again in that area should the need arise.
