The day of the installation they called me to let me know what time to expect them . A couple of hours later they called me to let me know that they had finished their other job early and would it be ok to come . When they arrived they were very professional and courteous. After the instillation they made sure that they cleaned up the area and answered any questions we had and told us that if we had any problems to call them and that they would take care of the issues

Thorough and efficient. Eight months later came back out to our house to repair damage when a tree limb fell on our gutter and called it "warranty" work. Great service! Always returns calls.

Fletcher was very personable and gave us options on what we should do on my historical home and not the traditional gutter system! Has a great personality and the quality was bar none. He was cheaper than other quotes but the install was the highest quality! I highly recommend as this company was one of the best I have ever encountered, not to mention that all veterans work for the company. I would give 10 stars if available.

They worked on my gutters about two weeks ago. Justin was my contact. They didn't show up the first time... said the truck broke down. The gutter seams are still leaking like before.. I texted Justin yesterday at 10 A M...no response yet. I know these are difficult circumstances weâ re all operating in... just let me know you got my text, and you'll try and correct the problem. Justin was really great to work with. He was very responsive to messages, and always responded very quickly. He gave a very fair quote on the first day I received bids; no gimmicks, no sales pitch. He was honest, and very direct about how the project should be completed. The install was quick and very well done. Very great group here, you will not be disappointed if you hire them, and you should. Highly recommend for this type of job.

Marine vet Fletcher Stark and his team were conscientious, on time, on budget, and careful workers. I appreciated his good manners, too. As requested, Artifex removed excess gutters from a 40 y/o house and covered the remaining ones as there are many live oaks in the yard. We certainly can recommend Artifex.

Fletcher is extremely capable young man. Did great work and was on time. I highly recommend him for anything from a small job to a large project.

DO NOT HIRE Rain runs over gutters causing downspouts around my home. I have reached out to Fletcher multiple times over the past few months. He only responded via text on a couple of occasions but will not call. He is now playing games texting me that he is out of town in Orlando, his truck broke down, and he doesnt speak to strangers (supposedly has a new phone and lost his contacts). Fletcher sold me on his warranty promise and gave his word as a marine to me that he stands by his work. Sadly, neither have been honored. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

VERY IMPRESSED. The rates were comparable to the other companies. The estimate was more professional. The installers were fast and did a PERFECT job. The owner and the staff are all knowledgeable and attentive. The gutters they installed are solid, fit perfectly, and look great! No overcharges, the final price was exactly what the estimate was. Artifex crew was very professional and very good at their job. They did not sacrifice quality to complete the job asap. Still, they completed gutter install in great time considering the raining through the days the worked. Recommend highly.

Good job

They installed gutters around the perimeter of my home. The first hard rain the water from the roof poured over the gutters. It took me three weeks to finally get them back to look at it. After supposedly fixing them he assured me I would have no more problems. The next thing I know the front gutters are falling off the house. I contacted them to came again and look at it. They never came or called back after several attempts on my part. So I Iooked at them myself and found the facia board too thin too hold them up. They should have seen that fact themselves and told me. I replaced the facia and reinstalled the gutter myself. I've got two areas on my roof where the water still pours over the gutter. I called and never heard from them. I will now get another company to see what has to be done to fix the problem. In my opinion DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.
