After recent foundation work on my home, my artificial turf needed cleaning and repairs. The cost was reasonable, and the service was outstanding — my turf looks brand new again. They completed everything in a single day and worked around my schedule. Whether you're looking at a new installation or need repairs, they'll treat you right.

We’ve used them a few times and they always do a great job. If something needs to be fixed, they get right on it. Great, ethical company. Crew are hard workers.

BEWARE of Artificial Turf Technicians. We paid them $22,300 for a major landscape, retaining wall, and drainage project, and it has been a nightmare. Victor double-charged and extorted us for items already explicitly covered in our original signed contract, including a retroactive $1,000 fee just to make sure the fence was installed straight on top of the new retaining wall. Worse, his crew has completely abandoned the project, leaving behind severe construction defects and legal liabilities that he refuses to fix unless we pay him thousands in uncontracted fees. His crew executed an illegal property trespass by digging up and routing a drainage pipe directly into my neighbor’s yard without permission. Both the neighbor and the HOA have ordered its immediate removal, yet Victor wants an extra $1,500 to fix his own crew's mistake. Additionally, his team poured a solid, hidden block of concrete directly under our pool turf strip, completely blocking ground absorption and leaving 3 inches of trapped, standing water. They also pulled a deceptive bait-and-switch by installing cheap, standard plywood behind a 3-foot retaining wall instead of the promised water-treated structural panels, meaning the wall will rot out and fail. To top it off, they left the job site uncompleted with mud piles violating HOA standards and rolled-up turf hiding exposed, rusted construction nails—which my toddler stepped on and was injured by. Victor refuses to honor his contract, completely ignores formal written notices, and attempts to gaslight us regarding major structural and safety hazards. We are currently getting quotes from independent drainage companies to fix his mess. Avoid this company at all costs.

Victor and his crew were timely, efficient, courteous, and professional. The quality speaks for itself. 10 out of 10 will be recommending to all friends and family.

I hate weeds and cutting grass. So, when the moment arose to find a solution that would ease this burden, I took charge and hired a pro. My backyard is small and I wanted to get some excellent results. I did the needful, obtained 3 quotes. The 1st gave measurements twice the size of my yard, the 2nd gave a quote without taking measurements. But, Artifical Turf Technicians was the opposite. They came out, measured, provided sample options, allowed me time to decide and when I was ready they completed the entire install in a single day. Quite efficient and I love it!!! I will recommend them to many of my neighbors.

They completed the job on time. I got other bids and his was equal to a few other bids but his covered more details and he followed up. You could tell his workers had done this job many times. They couldnâ  t have been more efficient and helpful. They cleaned up their mess and you couldnâ  t tell they were there When I need more done I will have them do the work and I â  ll recommend them to my friends. Now when I look out my study window I see grass not mud

Very pleased with the outcome, and the install site was remote. They had to come a long way. The result looks fantastic - couldnâ t be happier. My only complaint was that the crew did not have the sales engineer there during the entire four day install, he was just there at the beginning and the end. Luckily my on-site general contractor was there to provide some guidance to the crew as to our desires. He even provided food and water to the crew as the site is 5 miles from the nearest store. At one point a piece of equipment went completely dry (no oil). It was smoking. My GC was able to get them to stop, and then got the machine working again by refilling the oil and cleaning the air filter. Saved them from having to go to Home Depot and rent a replacement. May have even saved the piece of equipment from destroying itself.

Victor took on a job that turned out to be bigger than expected and honored the price. Very responsive and quality work.

Great professional advice and help in decision making regarding type of turf needed along with cost . The work was top notch and finished when they said they would.
