We have been loving our backyard and enjoyed it more so then before with the new turf. We have had it now for over 6 months, including the summer and it's been great being able to play some games outside. Brandon was a pleasure to work with, he understood what we wanted for our overall look. He not only educated us if something was not possible, but also went above and beyond to provide an alternate solution for us as well. He made sure we were understood, happy and always there when we had a question to guarantee us customer satisfaction. I am attaching a few pictures from our backyard.

Brandon and the Artificial Turf & Design team did an AMAZING job on our backyard! We have a very small fenced in yard and a big green belt below. We needed our small yard to be nice and clean for our young boys to really enjoy playing outside since they’re still too young to explore/play on the green belt below. They totally transformed our space and would couldn’t be happier! It looks and feels SO real! 12/10 stars definitely recommend! ?

Our family is disappointed and dissatisfied with the end-result and experience of using Artificial Turf and Design. We have a huge oak tree in the backyard that prevents grass from growing, and with 2 small kids and a huge puppy, we needed turf to better use the space in our backyard. We met with their salesman and discussed our needs and the suggested design, but after the installation occurred while we were on vacation, we came home to a design and finished product that does not work. Large portions of our backyard is now white rocks - it looks like a driveway in the middle of our yard. The area where these rocks are located is not what we agreed on, nor are they functional for our family. The kids have fallen and scraped their legs while playing soccer, the dog runs through and slings rocks on the turf..etc. Outside of those headaches, it is not the look we wanted or agreed to. When we brought the issues to the salesman attention and insisted that the company fix the poor design, they provide excuse after excuse of why the execution occurred that way and fail to take responsibility, instead they inform us that they will correct it for more money. Beware of doing business with this company. We learned the hard way that their execution and customer service is poor!

"Mrs. Brady, It truly saddens us to hear that you guys were unhappy with us as a company! This is not how we operate and have always worked with our clients to rectify any and all issues. Management has reviewed your signed contract and design, as well as all correspondence between your Design Consultant, you & Mr. Brady to verify any error made on the Design Consultant's behalf. While we do understand you are not happy with your final design, the photos of the completed project match the exact design and contract that was signed off on and approved. The most difficult part of our job is providing the design that each client is envisioning in their mind. We can only make the assumption that when a client approves the contract, that is what they are wanting and envisioning in their mind - that is what your signature means to us. We have no way of knowing otherwise and it seems you admitted to your design consultant via text that you didn't review the final design and contract before approving. We have previously offered to replace the rock area with turf at our cost because we ultimately want you and your family to be happy with your new backyard and we will even extend the offer at below cost, if that's something you & Mr. Brady would be interested in. Please let our office know and we will be more than happy to get this taken care of for you guys immediately. Again, we are so sincerely sorry that you and your family aren't happy with the final design and truly want to help assist in making this right!"

Brandon and Collin and the crew did a great job with our backyard turf installation. They leveled out the area, made sure the drainage was correct and installed the turf. They filled the side yard with river rock since no grass will grow there and installed stepping stones for easy access down the side yard. It looks great! Our neighbors now have â turf envyâ !

Working with this company was the most pleasant experience we've ever had with a turf company. My husband and I had turf installed a couple years ago at our old house and it was no where near the quality of this turf, nor did the previous customer take care of us like Artificial Turf & Design did. We could not be any happier with our experience and would recommend to anyone!
