I reach out to Artisian Builders because they were the first name that popped up when I was told by my insurance company that I needed a new roof or they were dropping me. Boy am I glad they came up first. Every step of the way was so easy with them. From the first phone call to set up the appointment to every txt or phone call that Danny answered. I had the pleasure of meeting today with your representative, Dan Kibbe. He arrived on time and well prepared. he had pre-measured the home so that he did not waste any time. He showed me a slide show presentation that described an explained the services your company provides. He was knowledgeable and articulate. He skipped over those areas in which he knew I had no interest. He expanded on the area in which I did.— siding. He made a detailed proposal for both 4 inch and 5 inch vinyl siding for the home. Truly, Dan’s presentation was the most polished that I have seen in quite some time. I still await another bid for the siding on my home, but be assured that, based on Dan‘s presentation, I will seriously consider Artisan’s proposal. Jeffrey Pardo

We had a complicated job putting a red cedar shingle roof system on a historic building but also putting a new membrane roof system on an addition with a railing system. The men that did the work were outstanding and working with Artisan was a pleasure in every way; extremely dependable, professional, and communicated well every step of the way. I had a fantastic experience with Artisan Building and Remodeling. They are an incredible family owned business. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and knowledgeable. They made it a breeze to get my new roof. Artisan took the time to sit down and make sure I was comfortable with everything and review all options The roof came out perfect. The clean up was so thorough that I didn’t find even a single nail or shingle piece left behind for me to clean up. Justin was my salesmen and he knew everything top to bottom for the process. Artisan Building and Remodeling worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed. I’m already looking for my next project around the house to hire them for. You won’t find another company as good as them. Again they are family owned business! You will truly feel like a valued customer which in today’s day isn’t common.

*Updated Review 3 Years Later - We had a small leak in our attic about three years after our initial installation and I just wanted to update this review to reflect the amazing customer service and the prompt attention and follow up we received. It was great knowing that we weren't left to hire a different person and that we could reach back out for follow-up directly with any issues. Brandon and his team were amazing! They were communicative with us about changes and delays due to weather. The job quality is amazing. There were even unexpected issues regarding the under-layer of our roof (wouldn't have known this until they tore the roof off!) and getting the original shingle color we had picked out, but both of these were handled professionally and promptly. Also, his team was great with our dog and kids! Very friendly and professional. They also made getting financing incredibly easy. We will be hiring them again when we are ready for more work to be done.
