Initially this owner seemed very down-to-earth and kind! He arrived and performed half of the job (tree trimming and grooming, which was agreed upon). When I got home, he said that he was unable to stay to finish, as he had to pick his kids up. He reported mechanical/lift issues, therefore losing time during the day. I understood. THEN, he proceeded to admit he did not know how to complete the job and did not even have the proper equipment in his truck. I was told: **I am good at removing trees but not really trimming and the upkeep.** He admitted he did not feel comfortable doing it in one breath, and the next moment he said he would finish the job by the end of the week (or even on Sat). He stated he did not want to leave on a bad note and would figure it out. The hit was for $900 and he requested 850.00 until he returned. I should have help all the funds, as it turns out; because I am still waiting for him to come back!
