I had an integrated solid surface sink replaced with an overmount stainless steel sink. Rob did an excellent job with the tear out and installation. He also did an excellent job at advising me on various options. He was very responsive and communicative. He arrived arrived on time and did a terrific job. I highly recommend him.

He gave us a good estimate of what the repair would cost, after I sent photos showing the countertop. Rob is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable regarding Corian repairs. He replaced a built-in Corian sink with a new built-in Corian sink. Fantastic results. Rob is a true craftsman. I highly recommend for countertop repairs.

If I could rate this company 10 stars I would without hesitation. Rob is not just an average countertop installer; he is truly an artist. Actually, he is a perfectionistic artist who shows up as promised, completes the job to absolute perfection and follows up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Due to a crack in my granite countertop by my sink, Rob had to install a new replacement sink. It was an incredibly complicated job since the replacement sink is oversized and the install was for a corner of my kitchen counter. Rob had to not only cut the granite to fit the sink, but he had to smooth and angle the granite edges of the countertop. Not only does my new stainless steel farmhouse sink enhance the overall look of my kitchen, but Rob did such a fabulous job that it looks like the sink was part of the original design. Rob is a rare gem in today's world of "no shows" and subpar standards. I cannot recommend his work and integrity highly enough! 10 stars!

Robert was outstanding in terms of taking time to understand the unique challenge that I had with my under-mounted sink, plus a crack in the granite counter top right in front of the sink. He also identified a problem with the way our plumbing was fitted and recommended and executed a solid and affordable remedy to that as well. Robert fully explained what needed to be done and was clear and detailed in explaining his plan for all 3 problem areas. He did an exemplary job of fixing the sink, the granite and the plumbing. Additionally, Robert is one of the most polite and professional contractors with whom I have worked in Georgia. I would highly recommend Robert and Artisan Countertop!

What I loved about Robert and the Artisan team is their expertise. Not only did they fix my bathroom sink with a permanent fix so it will never fall again, they were able to discuss my other questions about caring for the countertops I already have. Their call fee of $100 is more than most companies charge- but they did have my job done within 24 hours of my very first contact with them. Very impressed with their prompt service, knowledge, skills, and professionalism. I will be using them again to repair and protect the granite in my kitchen.

Very professional and honest. They were on time which is a big deal to me! Explained to me in detail the situation with my stove and spoke to my carpenter to make sure the project was done properly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises!
