I normally don't like taking a chance on someone when doing work on the house and skeptical one contractor could have so many positive reviews but like all the others have said, these guys are awesome and deserve all the praise they get. Tom came out to estimate the job and was punctual and professional. He also gave me a fair price and he had Corey come out to do the grout job for two of our bathrooms that needed it badly. Corey did an amazing job and was very respectful and courteous to my wife and kids while at the house. I cannot say enough good things about them, great work at a great price. Will be recommending them to anyone in need of this service. Very pleased!

When I looked up Tom Nixon of Artisan Group Options, I was extremely impressed on the 257 stellar reviews. I met Tom for an estimate and was impressed again on his professionalism, knowledge, personality, price and flexibility on a date of service. Tom confirmed the date of service the night before and arrived with his assistant Corey exactly the time promised. Tom and Corey worked professionally and efficiently and it was a pleasure having these two gentlemen in our home. When the job was completed I handed Tom my payment before looking at their work because I knew from those 257 reviews the job was going to be meticulous and it certainly was! I thought I walked into a brand new bathroom. The grout work was done masterfully and the tiles were shining. Tom and Corey are a great team doing beautiful grout work. We have had lots of contractors over the years, but Tom (and his assistant Corey) was among the most professional we have encountered. They came when expected, were extremely neat (drop cloths and booties everywhere) and did a nice clean job repairing the grout in four bathrooms. I recommend them without hesitation.

Tom gave me a fair estimate on the work I needed done on the tile on my kitchen floor. He gave me options of how the repairs could be completed. On the day the work was being done, he arrive precisely on time, complete the work in a timely manner and left the area as clean as he found it. The floor looked like new....I would strongly recommend him.

I had a very old white floor, didn't think there was much help for the floor. He did most of my rooms, and it looks like it was laid yesterday. He was a super nice man and was amazing at his job I gave him. He really does deserves a 10 star rating. Really feel like I have made a friend, would recommend him to anyone.
