The did a great job.

I’ve had my floors refinished 5 or 6 times. That includes both at my place of business and at home. Artisan by far and away has done the best job of all. I’m very particular when it comes to detail, quality of product and customer service. They excel in all three categories. You will not find better. I promise that. If you’re not happy they do what it takes to make it right. Thanks guys , you were just great.

Mike and his team we're amazing I had reclaimed wood that they laid in my new master bedroom that proved to be a bit challenging . Artisan floors knew exactly how to install reclaimed fir flooring and the end result shows! I couldn't be happier, it looks absolutely fantastic! Mike will answer the phone on the second ring and if he's busy he will get back to you later the same day. I can't say enough about the professionalism the timely fashion and the quality of the work that was done at my home. I would highly recommend them.

We had a water leak in our refrigerator and it causes our oak flooring to swell and deform. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job repairing, sanding, and refinishing the floor in our kitchen. He was able to match the color and finish where the original floor joined the repairs. His crew was very professional and friendly and his price to do the repair was very reasonable. This was a good experience for us. Thank you, Mike.

Mike was very congenial, and was able to accommodate a tight schedule. The work his team did, was excellent. Saying that, I found his business practices incredibly unprofessional, and ultimately both time consuming and unexpectedly expensive: * He repeatedly would not address questions in texts/emails - often giving a simple response of **yes** to questions that were more complex. * The required setup needed was not clear, and stalled the work by an additional day. * He was habitually late for appointments where he set up the meeting time, forcing me to rework my schedule around him. * Once the work was complete he was not reachable. I attempted to contact him by both text and email in order to pay the balance, with no response. * He contacted me a month after the work was completed with a requested balance that was different from what the initial Invoice noted. That initial invoice listed a Subtotal amount, followed by **+ tax**, preceded by a few line items noting some specific pricing of additional items I asked for. A deposit was paid based on a requested percentage of the project total, which I provided using the Subtotal noted on the Invoice. There was no comment at that time that there needed to be an adjustment. When the final Invoice was presented he added the additional items in, which appeared to be an attempt to double charge. When we engaged in a phone conversation about it, he repeatedly interrupted and talked over me. I eventually lost my temper, and Mike threatened to put a lien on my house. I paid the additional $1,400 in order to spare the headache of court proceedings. I wish I had gone with another contractor, who offered a quote for the same work for less than the original Subtotal that I agreed to. This may be all due to poor communication, but it is an expensive price. I wish him the best, but I cannot recommend that anyone else go through that headache.

Mike is awesome. He recommended that I have prefinished red oak floors installed in my kitchen & dining and his team would be able to match. His team sanded and refinished over 1,200 sq. ft. in two days and I'm amazed at the refinished professional job they did and the match is in creditable. They did an excellent job refinishing my upper level the week before we moved into our new home. They also did a great job keeping everything else clean and I didn't have a lot of work to do after thanks to the great team!

Mike was a pleasure to work with. I hired him to refinish the floors of my new home and his team did a stunning job. He was able to come by to give me an estimate a few days after I had called him. They finished the job without any mess ahead of schedule. I didn't even have to be there at all. He also recommended me to finish them matte rather than satin and I'm really glad I went with his recommendation. His prices are very reasonable, I would definitely hire him again.

I hired Mike and his team to sand and refinish my floors and add a seal to them. I didn't totally listen to Mike's advice, yet the floors were completed well with a few minor issues. I called Mike and he immediately brought his crew back on a Saturday, fixed the minor issues and went well beyond the call of duty. He insisted that I handle the sealing in a different way and I am so glad I finally listened to him. The floors are amazing and I always listen to Mike. He is an expert who always does a quality job and left me a totally satisfied customer. I will always use Mike and the Artisan team for my flooring needs and have already recommended him to one of my neighbors. Beautiful work at a fair price.

Not only was the service wonderful, they were flexible and prompt. The owner was very understanding to my requests and very accommodating. The project turned out beyond what I imagined- they turned my old floors into beauty!! A superb job in every way!! Will DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs!!

Mike is an upstanding guy and committed to quality service. I recommend reviewing and confirming the project overall. There were times when the window of service was off by a few hours but they stayed and finished through the goal for the day. They were clear on the next steps and left the project clean and walkable at the end of the day. Overall it was a great experience and I plan on reaching out again when we are ready to complete a few more rooms.

Mike was great. The original hardwoods were in pretty bad shape but Mike mixed up a custom stain to exactly the color I wanted to cover and blend in the damaged areas and now they look great!

Mike was great to work with. He and his team come on time and work hard all day. He breaks out this pricing and explains all that his is going to do. Very Friendly and mindful of your belongings. They tape off everything and are very clean. I would strongly recommend them.

Mike is a true craftsman, taking pride in quality of his work. We had oak floors in pretty bad shape, cupping, some squeaks and heavy stains. With very reasonable estimate and schedule up front, Artisan did a fantastic job. We had a bad transition in one area with a slight level change. The old piece looked awful. Mike custom made a new one out of the oak hardwood. The crew are all professionals, respectful of our property and placing our needs above all else with outstanding customer service. The job took about 5 days, at the end of each day the area outside our fronr door was left perfectly clean. They will let you know what to expect each day, as a project like this makes a big impact on the household. Final job is gorgeous.
