I am very pleased with my new yard! Melanie did a good job helping me stay revive my "mature" yard and get it looking even better than its former glory! Artisan Landscapes were easy to work with and were dependable. They scheduled me quickly and stayed on schedule the whole time always showing up exactly when they said they would. They also have an online option to pay via credit card which made things even more convenient. Would recommend!

I am very happy with the service. They showed up when they said they would and their work exceeded expectations. I will definitely use them for future landscaping projects.

Artisan Landscapes did a great job making my small patio look amazing! They were very creative. Matt and Melanie were prompt when I called regarding an issue that needed some follow up work. I would definitely recommend Artisan to others for landscape design and installation!

For the most part we had a positive experience with Artisan. We paid what we feel is strong money for the scope of work completed ($6,000), but we did not have a lot of time to shop around and felt comfortable with their level of knowledge. Melanie and her husband showed up on time and got the work done in a timely fashion. They did have two come on two separate occasions to replace dead plants under warranty and on the last trip, they attempted to charge a $55 fee for sprinkler adjustment. After they did the installation, they made an offer for continued landscape care, which we elected not to take advantage of because of our existing relationship with our day-to-day landscaping firm whom we like. When I advised that I would not be paying the $55 when they were here on property under warranty anyway, Melanie became rude and defensive stating that **we do not work for free** and that **55 dollars is a small price for me to pay to see someoneâ s true colors** is remarkable rude and unprofessional, thus my C rating. When you charge someone a premium to provide a service, you do not expect to be nickle and dimed after the fact for something that should have been done correctly from the get-go. Please ensure that if you utilize their services, that you iron this out on the front end so that you do not end up in an adversarial situation such as this.

Matt and Melanie s customer service is fantastic. We hired them three months ago. I would have given 5* for quality of work but they have only just started with us. We look forward to working with them. Highly recommended!

A line will separate my current comments from the original ones. I hired Artisan with a definite vision and need. Yes, above all they were very easy to work with without complaint. I needed a firm to do what I could not do since I was in the throes of 2 knee replacements. My main concern was to have a finished space where few weeds could prosper. It is impossible for me to weed. Now, two months later I am quite disappointed. I wanted black weed proof fabric laid everywhere. They did not do this on the side of my house. It is the place that is the worst for me to care for. I told them this. Now, THERE ARE WEEDS EVERYWHERE ON THE HILL. The backyard was done properly. The front yard, the one everyone sees going by must have many open areas between pieces of fabric because weeds are everywhere. What could have been great now is a sore in my side.. I truly am upset since I paid nearly $5000.00 for this work. If you use them check every request twice and go over everything in detail or this may happen to you. _____________________________________________________________________ December 1 my entire yard was a disaster, no grass--just weeds. Yesterday Artisan finished their work. I didn't want grass any longer. I wanted only mulch. We chose red for the old lawn areas and gold for the flower beds. I am an artist that has a good vision of what can be. Artisan, with Matt at the helm, went far beyond my expectations. The staff was friendly, Matt was a top-notch director and when they were done the outside never looked as good as it does now. It is a work of art. I can only tell you if you want precision in your landscape, Matt and his crew will do it! They are careful, tidy and professional. I am more than pleased. Use them......I know you will not be disappointed.

This company is owned by a wonderful, experienced couple. I am very satisfied. My courtyard and patio are fabulous.

After the storm this past Sept, Artisan Landscapes came to our house to do the front & back yards. Great work Melanie & Matt (and crew). We are very happy with the outcome. We are waiting for another job to be completed (the electrical line from the FPL pole needs to be burried), they will come back to finish the pavers to extend the pool deck.
