Artisan Plumbing did an exceptional job refurbishing my bathroom. After almost 2 years, the bathroom still looks like new. They were available for other minor jobs. I was very pleased with their work.

Extremely professional and courteous. Addressed all problems and concerns. Replaced items as requested going above what another plumber may have done when a faucet that was installed did not quite work properly, it was taken out and returned to place of purchase and found that 3 out of 4 they had in stock had the same problem. Honest in recommending that the shower stall did not have to be replaced, just needed to be caulked. I highly appreciated his honesty and would recommend to any and all who needed work done.

Showed up as scheduled, had the parts required, installed them at a reasonable rate. Couldn't be better (unless it was FREE)! Thank you.

Connie from Artisan was a pleasure to deal with until Mike arrived. He was just as nice. He was here within an hour to save me from the coldest day of the year. They had no hidden charges or add ons after the fact. They told me exactly what it would cost and that was the price. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Needed a gas line for a new gas stove. We deceided on Artisan because of their quick response, and also because he had a plumbers state license as well as a contractor's state license. There was miss communication between my spouse and myself, I assumed Artisan would have done the sheetrock repair(this is nothing negative againist Artisan), I just wished my husband and I had clarified it with the contractor. THe work was done quickly, now I just have to have to wait for my husband to repair the ceiling.

First impressions was when Connie called me to arrange the appointment. She covered several items I could try myself to avoid the cost of a service call. When they didn't work she scheduled someone to come over and he was here within an hour. Mike was faced with several possible causes for my heater kicking off. He tried all the least expensive options first trying to save me unnecessary labor or parts costs. When all else failed, he pulled out my compressor coil for a good cleaning (It was filthy). Afterward, my heat works better than ever. Later that night he called just to make sure everything was okay before he called it a night.
