Had quartz countertops installed. Jessie and his crew handled all aspects, plumbing, electrical, teardown, install, cleanup. The crew were very friendly/knowledgeable. Highly recommend and would use him again for any future remodeling needs.

They might need a front office type person to coordinate scheduling.

"We have added an Office Manager now handing scheduling for us. When we did this job we were in need of some help in that department. We were going through some growing pains now we are 2-1/2 times bigger of a company and can handle much more. Scheduling is a big deal for a contractor and homeowner alike. We have implemented a scheduling app and a scheduling board that we go over daily to help."

Hourly rate was reasonable. However, extra un-worked hours were added to 3 different billings. Each time the contractor was confronted, he would apologize, provide an explanation and then adjust the bill. Job wasnt finished. Im sure the contractor got tired of me questioning the bill and I got tired of being frustrated. Beware. The companys real name is ABS Homes. Reviews on another popular site were not good.

"We were on an hourly rate with this customer however the hours that were in question were in fact billable hours but we removed them for customer satisfaction only. These were questions of 30-45 minute intervals that we were purchasing items at the local hardware store and Mrs (consumer name withheld per their request). did not agree to pay for that time spent on her job. Again the hours were legitimate but for the sake of argument and customer satisfaction we removed the time. The last were heard of this customer was through text message stating she would call us when she returned from out of town to get us back in to finish her list of items, we never received that call or text. We tried to reach back out to Mrs. (consumer name withheld per their request) several times with no answer or return call back. When this review was published we tried to call again to figure out something with her but again no call back. We are not ABS Homes anymore but we were formally. Our new company name is Artisan Cabinetry, Artisan Renovations and Artisan Flooring. We have 3 separate divisions operating under the legal name of Artisan Homes and Renovations at the state of Texas. As far as we know this is the only negative review that we have."

They did a great job, I love my bathroom. It's very pretty, they were very nice and also very professional. All of the guys were great, there were several of them and each one did something different. They were all very friendly and I would use them again.

After tearout of bathroom for an update, discovered a leaking shower pan in the 2nd bathroom behind it, rotted floor joists and several more issues. This added another 10 days to the original time estimate and more than doubled the original cost quote. The crew was wonderful, very attentive to our requests, the job was done right. Excellent workmanship.

I don’t even know where to begin!! These guys are amazing!! My husband and I bought this house in 2007 as a starter house and nothing has been right with it. And we are kind of stuck right now. We had a bathroom that was in desperate need of help and these games came to the rescue!! My bathroom has never looked so nice and my first quote was SO much more! I’ll definitely be using them for as many projects as I can and I’ll share their name to whoever needs their help!!

Jess was very upfront and honest about all estimates, costs, and delivery times. He is also very conscious about customer satisfaction and the quality of his company's work. The final product was excellent and they came in on budget. Due to the time of year, they were also very quick from start to finish. Jesse actually does business under the name ABS Homes and all of his help is full-time. Will seek their services again for future projects.
