Stay away they have no idea how to do anything , they lie , steal your money , never show up when there suppose to.

Artisan Stone did a moderate size landscaping / stonework project at our house. In the end, they did okay work. However, we still have a few loose stones / veneers that they still have not come back to fix. Also, they originally told us that the project would take 1-2 weeks and it ended up taking over 2 months. Many times throughout the course of the project my patience was tested as they were dishonest about when they would be there to work and about when things would be finished. Again, the work they did came out pretty good in the end and they charged the original price that they quoted, but it was very frustrating working with them.

Dave and team did a fantastic job. We had our walkway and stairs redone in front of our house. The stairs were original to the house built in 1959. The bricks on the stairs were in need of repointing and the sides that were made of brick were dated and made the stairs feel cramped. Dave and team removed the sides and the bricks from the steps. Entombed the old form and widened the stairs to eight feet. The moved and widened the sidewalk leading from the driveway to the front door. The stairs were clad with blue stone along with the sidewalk. Karen and her helper pointed everything and it looks great. Since the job has been done we have had people just stopping by saying how good the house looks with the new stairs and walkway. I highly recommend.

Dave and Karen are the best! Our old stone wall was crumbling and needed to be shored up. They described what they were going to do and worked with us with their estimate. The whole team worked very hard and they were meticulous in their work, taking great care in each detail. We are extremely happy with the job they did and will definitely recommend them!

David and Karen from Artisan Stone of NY. are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They never do what they agree on a contract. We had no more than 2 weeks of delay related to Covid and the neighbors complaint ,and even after all delays the project should have been completed in no more than a months time .we started the project on May 15th and are in July, and they are very unresponsive and not finishing the project.

I had a small project that needed to be completed, but despite the size and small cost of the project, Dave was still very attentive to my needs. His crew was professional, conscientious and took a great deal of pride in their work. Great quality work at a fair price. I would definitely hire again for my next stone project and highly recommend

Started on Aug. 7th for a 3 day job. Today is Oct. 27th and the job is not completed. Took my $1,150 and has not returned. Thanks!!!

We hired Dave to repair the crumbling concrete along the side of our house. Dave quoted us a very fair price and completed the job on time. Daveâ s partner Karen completely redesigned the landscaping in the front and side of our house. We specifically asked her to avoid plants the deer like to eat, which is a big ask. Karen went above and beyond thinking about every little detail. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and fairly easy to maintain. We found Dave and a Karen a pleasure to work with and will definitely hire them again for other projects.
