Mr. Alvarado is a honest, hard working man. His word is his bond. He has done extensive work on my pool, retaining wall and filter equipment. He is on time and goes above and beyond expectations with whatever the job. I have never been disappointed. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that would need pool or pool related jobs. He has serious job skills and work ethics. I am not an easy man to please when it comes to quality of work and performance but this is the man and company you want and I recommend.

Do not hire this company. Project took almost twice as long as projected. Also, very difficult to get the owner out to correct issues and explain the equipment. Communication and follow up is very poor. Did not complete all things that he said he would do and added extra things (lights) to try and make up for it. Also, the design of the pool was not what I requested. Very dissatisfied overall.

Jonathan and his crew didn't just show up to do a job, they showed up to do a great job! They were meticulous and made sure the job was done right. They were also polite and made sure the job site was as clean as when they arrived. Artista has earned a customer for life! I couldn't be happier...highly recommend!!

Inconsistent - deadlines were not met, project is still incomplete. Action items still have not been done. Job site was always left a mess. Would not recommend.

Even though we have had a lot of bad weather which makes Construction problematic, I feel as though they've done everything they could with the situation that we've been presented with. He calls and text me back quickly and to me that's a big deal

I needed only a small job done which was to do the stone work on a fire pit that I had already built due to the skilled work required for all of the stone chopping needed. Jonathan with artista pools and Patios came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy with the end result. I have been getting my house renovated over the past year and have dealt with dozens of different contractors and I can definitely say that Jonathan and artista did the most complete job from beginning to end that I have hired and by far the easiest to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone I talk to and will be using them for all of my outdoor projects from now on.
