Why You Should Hire Artistic Choice(Sami) For Your Home Renovation: Reliability Sami and his crew show up on time, put in a full day's work, and every promise is fulfilled. You can take Sami at his word. He estimated our job would take 5-6 weeks, and it was done in 5 weeks. Craftsmanship For context: We had our entire studio apartment redone. New kitchen, bathroom, custom closets, lighting, walls, floor, paint, and molding. We couldn't be happier with the results, every detail, every tile, every spot, and corner is meticulous. Sami is on-site to inspect, supervise and lend his aesthetic sensibility. Reasonable Pricing, and Honesty I cannot emphasize enough how ethical, straightforward, and honest Sami is. I think this is generally the number one concern people have when hiring a contractor. Sami's crew. All of Sami's employees and subcontractors will respect your home, property, and neighbors as they go about their various tasks. We received no noise or other complaints from our building or neighbors about any aspect of the job.

I cannot begin to express how incredible Sami and his team are. Their attention to detail is second to none. They are truly the kindest people. Sami had quoted us for our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Manhattan condo, and last minute, we decided we wanted to add extra things (i.e., painting the window trim, etc). This would require extra time, and he rearranged his workers last minute to accommodate us. He updated the quote and didnâ t rip us off. He was more than fair, and clearly very knowledgeable. We wanted to choose our own paints from farrow and ball, instead of having them get it for us, so he walked us through ideal finishes and quantities for each area. He was very responsive the whole time. His team works so hard. I saw a tiny fingerprint, and without a single moment of hesitation, one of them came and redid the area. Even after they finished the job, they all said to call them if there are any issues we see later on. These are just a group of honest, hardworking, and insanely talented people. I couldnâ t be happier with our choice. Our home looks exceptional thanks to them.

Absolutely excellent!! Everything was carefully done and perfect. They even put in molding to replace molding that was pulled out with shelving units I removed and it looks amazing. I compared a bunch of other companies, and this was the lowest quote I was given and blewy expectations out of the water. Will definitely use again!

Besides siding, they performed many projects. New fence installed, painting and staining my decks, installed new front door and screen door. Performed landscaping and concreted my front yard and any other suggestions I had they were very accommodating. Sami and his whole crew were very professional and went above and beyond to make my home beautiful. I will definitely use them again for all my future projects

This company is not hiring professionals, painters and floor installers. He is bringing people he picks up off the street. I am very experienced in remodeling since 1965. He was supposed to be finished by August 8th, I am losing rental income due to delays.

Sami and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. They were meticulous about redwood clapboards, brickwork and trim. They did some nice carpentry work to fix rotten wood. Very happy with their work.

My building at 324 West 89th St. required replacement of the wood molding around all windows, restoration of the brownstone, re-pointing and painting of the brick and chimney repair. Each tradesman did an excellent job. The place looks great. It was all done on schedule at a fair price. Come by and take a look.

I hired Sami to paint my 3 family home. Sami and his crew were amazing. He came to view the job, took time to explain and provide help to stay within my budget. Had new molding that was put in, diligently worked to match the color of the existing molding. Absolutely superb job, came in and did the work clean, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and everyone worked together. Being a three family home with 3 apartments and a basement he managed it all within 2 days. Also, a few weeks later, had a leaky pipe where the new ceiling was destroyed in one room, and they had to break tile to get to the pipe. Called him up and he managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule to come do the repairs on both right away. Looks spanking brand new again! Being a woman and a homeowner its hard to find workmen you can trust. will definitely recommend to my friends

They did an excellent job, hands down! I hired them to paint my apartment, which they did incredibly well and ahead of schedule. Towards the end of the project I asked if they could re-caulk my bathroom. Even though the request was last minute, they agreed to do it right way, and they did so quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

i was not clear about what i wanted done when i got the estimate and as i added jobs, the final bill was higher and i should have been communicating better along the way. the most disappointing part of the job was their poor estimate of what needed to be done to the floors and it cost a day of work. communication was average. could have been better. there was miscommunication about when the work needed to be done. i would consider hiring them again, but i would want to be very clear about what the job entailed and when it needed to be complete. nice crew.
