Paul and crew did a nice job on the 300 sq/ft epoxy coat and seal of a badly worn and stained Lab Countertop. Good people to work with. I Will certainly re-hire for other projects.

Did a great job on my basement floor. I needed flake floor to hell seal up the old concrete floors. It transformed the whole space. The crew was right on time, took no time to get right to work! I would hire them again!

Paul and his crew did a fantastic job with refinishing our 3-car garage concrete floor with an epoxy/fleck finish. Communications were great and I plan to rehire them for more work.

Paid this guy $6,000 for a driveway and drain. Apparently knew nothing about drains and drainage. On the first rain, my garage flooded - drain was poorly designed and inadequate. Said he would come back and correct - never happened. Cost me an additional $5,000 to correct his mistake.

I was pleased with the job this company did for me. They were able to complete it in one day. Several people in the neighborhood commented on how hard the crew worked on the project. The job was a good quality.

Paul was responsive to phone calls and emails. Jesse & Josiah did a wonderful job on our patio extension. Very little dirt and concrete was left in the grass surrounding the patio. I would recommend Artistic Concrete Coatings to friends.

We are very satisfied with the final product, with a few problems. Paul was enthusiastic and hard working, though it took longer to finish than we expected. Some shrubery and grass were damaged, but overall it was what we a good result.

Overall GREAT job. Workers worked non stop & hard and my long steep driveway looks awesome. Unexpected delays but since he can't control the weather I understand! Costs ended up being higher than originally bid because of depth that wasn't anticipated. Would have liked the wings to have been as wide as they were before but I didn't realize the new drawings didn't reflect same size as original driveway, which makes it very difficult to pull in and out of driveway. Inquired about the difference and the drawings showing the wings, they then reffered to the measurements. Couldn't make them wider since we were short finances due misbidding.

my job is still not done. My porch furniture is still in the yard. He has had to respray one area four times now, waiting for it's fifth coat. He hasn't followed through on his guarantees of dates of completions . IT has been three weeks. He has promise completion again by Monday, if it isn't done by then I'm going to paint the whole thing.

Seemed nice, but terrible. First, they drilled my NEIGHBOR'S driveway up instead of mine. The concrete guys said that they were willing to patch the part they drilled but couldn't afford to replace the whole slab. They wanted to charge my neighbor for a new one! They also begged me to pay them early telling me that if I didn't, they wouldn't make payroll--which is very unprofessional! Finally, they left me with an extreme mess--not only odd trash, but also bits of dried concrete were EVERYWHERE--splashed up on the porch, stuck to the rain drains on the street, etc. I spent an hour scraping them off with a hammer. Concrete looks good though

Friendly and professional but poor project planning and follow through.

Straightforward explanation of products. We were very comfortable with listening to Paul's advice. His proposal for the job regarding cost was very fair based upon my own research. The job is scheduled to be completed the beginning of June. We are extremely comfortable that the work will be done professionally.

Paul is a stand up guy who places the customer first. He communicates well and is easy to work with. Though we had some setbacks with the weather and the applications, he followed through and made me very happy with the work. I would reccomend him to others for the simple fact that he is honest and will do the right thing when it comes to customer service.

First and foremost we absolutely love our antiqued stamped patio! Everyone that sees it, loves it! Paul and his guys know what they are doing when it comes to concrete! I think they need to alot themselves more time on projects to make sure it is not done in a rush and possibly bring in extra hands on these larger projects. Paul was always in a rush. He needs to either leave the project to the guys there, or needs to allocate his schedule differently. They were able to get it done in a very timely manor and were willing afterwards to come in with their Bobcat and assist in grading the yard back to where it started, which was expected. Of course we provided the top soil for this. As an outsider looking in on the process I felt that Paul might want to include his concrete guy in on his bid process. I felt like the project expectations could have been communicated better straight from me to the person doing the work, rather than through a middle person. That way I would have felt more comfortable leaving the house knowing I would come back to what I expected the finished product to be. I think that would streamline the process a great deal and put the client more at ease. At the end of the day though, the patio is beautiful! We would definitely use Artistic Concrete again and know several people who will probably use them in the future.

Good Job

Paul came to our home the day after I submitted a request online. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He offered a variety of services available as well as choices within the projects about which we inquired. However, we did not choose to do concrete coatings as we have prioritized other home projects of greater importance for home maintenance at this time. Thank you for you prompt and thorough service and we will call Paul again when we decide to do concrete coatings!
