Initial communication and follow up needs to be improved, overall the company worked very hard to deliver what looks like quality work, it looks great!! I am very impressed with the crew once started they worked diligently to get the job done within the timeline quoted. The pavers look great, Thank you!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Junior came to the house ON TIME and gave me a GREAT estimate to lay pavers as a deck and sidewalk. His crew showed up when scheduled ON TIME and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up before they left. My wife and I love the work they did. We are planning on having them come back for future work. Great bunch! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Horrible experience, work quality is very poor. Foundation is cracking and chipping away. Rework of areas cost extra, why should I have to pay extra for something that was due to the way the project was laid out? Very unhappy

I had a concrete driveway pored. After 3 days I noticed a crack in the concrete. After 10 days I noticed 3 more cracks. They call them hair line cracks. A crack is a crack.

The job went well for the work that was performed. The quality of the finish is good. The problem exists with artistic concrete not paying the American Eagle ready mix company within 30 days. I received a notice of right to lean against my property. This action made the whole experience working through your recommendation a nightmare to date. I have been in contact with artistic concrete and they claim they will pay the concrete supplier. I also contacted American Eagle ready mix who sent me the notice of right of lean and state that I need a full and final unconditional material release from them. Only after artistic concrete pays their bill to them. I have been in contact with my lawyer and have been told since I paid the bill in full also in cash with a paid receipt from artistic concrete Incorporated that if a lean is placed on my property that I will have the right to sue not only American Eagle ready mix also artistic concrete for damages in a civil suit. It appears that American Eagle ready mix would be more than willing for me to pay for the concrete twice (unfortunately). American Eagle suggested to me that I should have held back 20% of the bill until I received a full and final unconditional material release, wonderful, they tell me after the fact. Why wasn't I told of this possible situation prior to signing a contract with artistic concrete. You need to inform your customers of all pertinent information before recommending any services coming from your company. There's more but this is enough!!!!

Carlos and his team did an outstanding job. The project involved repair of existing concrete and then overlay. His price was very competitive while insisting high quality. His team was committed and on time. Rarely do cost, time and quality all come together in one project. Carlos is customer service oriented and old school where a hand shake is commitment. I will definitely be using him again for future projects and would recommend him to anyone.

Installed a large concrete patio and laid rock with a thick plastic underlay. Did a wonderful job. Carlos is very personable and I would go to him for anymore projects I might need. I will recommend him to anyone! Out of the 5 companies I had come look, Carlos was the only one that seemed honest and reasonable on all pricing. He didn't have to "pitch" the sale to me, like a lot of them tried because they knew they were ripping me off.

I had 5 concrete stain floor specialists come to the house and the reason I picked Carlos and his crew at Artistic Concrete were for the following reasons: He did not spend the first 20 minutes telling me about other jobs he could do in my home, he brought an iPad with pictures and videos of the staining process and finished product, his professionalism, personality and lastly, his price. His crew were polite, meticulous, showed up on time, left my home and garage neat, Carlos and his crew spent extra time doing the floor to make sure it met our expectations re: color. My husband and I will absolutely recommend Artistic Concrete to friends!!

Resealed driveway. Still some bad spots. A little expensive for two hours of work.

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job.They powerwashed, stripped and acid stained and sealed the walkway, back yard pool area and all pavers and told it couldn't be done by 4 other company's. Our yard looks like brand new construction, and have received many compliments already. Carlos and his crew are very meticulous and neat . They moved all the rocks back , covered all bushes and plastic wrapped the garage before starting. I had a company the prior week that attempted the same job, and sprayed stripper all over the bushes and doors. I would highly recommend Artistic.They were always on time,courteous,trustworthy ,and accomodating.

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job. My walls are beautiful and I couldn't ask for a better deal any faster. He was able to install over 70 feet long by 5 feet high of amazing stone walls in my yard in under a day. He was extremely professional and so was his crew, I am definitely hiring them to do the stained concrete floors in my house. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs concrete work done.
