Stephanie kept us in the loop of the delivery and installation schedule. The installers were professional, on time, and respectful of my space. Bill and his assistant did a great job replacing the rollers on my slider. Additionally, they came up with a creative solution to attach the inactive panel to the frame. I appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail. Recommended!

Good quality work

This guy did the most amazing repair job ever! Our window grate has NEVER looked as good as it does now. We had an attempted break in at our thrift shop, several iron bars were broken out and others bent etc... He repaired, replaced and repainted and its awesome! He also repaired our front door handles and hinge - this guy is GREAT! Definitely on our call list for future work. We highly recommend him. So refreshing to find someone who is so talented and dependable.

I was disappointed in the fact that he didn't do what I asked him to do and he did extra work that I did not approve and then his price was astronomical. I wouldn't want to use him again. On top of everything else he left a mess.

This repair man came when he said he would and got the job done in a single visit.

I found them for my parents who do not live close to me. They came out quickly, did all the little things she needed and she said he was really nice. She said she is having him come out again. THANKS!!

Quality work...Somewhat disorganized...Overall a good experience. We are now going to get crown molding installed through Artistic Doors.

Bill came on time.

The installers did a fine, professional job, and were courteous and timely. Communication with the office was not satisfactory. After an online quote and my deposit, the company went dark. I had to continually follow up by both telephone and e-mail to get a schedule. I finally got one when I asked them to either schedule by return e-mail or return my deposit. If you are going to use this company be sure to get their schedule firm at time of deposit.

Bill does an excellent job. My wife and I were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions, creative ideas and ability to deal with such a variety of door, wine cellar, external gates and several other issues. He was prompt, focused and did not waste time in getting the jobs we had completed. Bill far exceeded our expectationsl

We had a lot of handyman projects -- painting, caulking, door repair -- and Bill did a great job. It took several days due to the number of projects and they always showed up when promised. The quality of work was excellent and when we did have something that needed touching up, there were absolutely no issues getting it done. I would definitely recommend him.
