Our first time at remodeling. Working with designer on staff was mostly helpful. Great crew. Really cleaned up after each days work. Definately liked that. It took a little longer than expected but we are very pleased with result. We would hire them again.

They arrived on time, and worked hard to see that the project was completed in the time agreed to. The end result is better than I ever thought it could be. The finished work is fantastic and I will recommend them to any friend or family who needs their expertise. and the end result was fantastic. Arctic Finish does great work. I will recommend them to friends and family and will also call them back for additional work when needed.

Chuck was very professional. One of our main criteria for our retaining wall is that we didn't want to lift a finger. Chuck oversaw the project from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the result. He was always easy to work with, and kept the worksite clean. Artistic Finish provided outstanding service in removal of our old interior doors, installation of new ones and baseboard molding; Chuck and his crew exceeded our expectations with finishing touches to the door fixtures, molding and even caulked around the door trim and baseboards. I would not hesitate to recommend Artistic Finish to friends and am planning on using them for future projects.

The work they did was excellent. Follow up was poor. Asked for additional work and quotes no follow up. Promised to order a cover for the window well they installed...never did. Promised to make a carpeted step so I would have legal egress from the room as requested in the original quote but again no follow up. But the price and quality on what they did actually complete was great. Recommend but with reservations.

"I apologize for not getting more quotes to you. We did what we agreed per the estimate. The other items there was not enough detail to quote. I to this day have never met this client. Was all done by phone!"

"We had an issue with an employee on this project and he was terminated. Its not that there will never be a problem, its how its handled. The subfloor ended having water damage and the client did not want to invest more into the project. Work was excellent. Project was a drywall patch and setting a vanity and counter top. When project was complete, we shook hangs and was paid in full. Shocked to see the rating of a one star 3 months later. If there was an issue, we would have been right there. People only leave reviews if there is an issue. We have been with service magic for at least 5 years. This is the first rating like this."

I had Artistic Finish finish an install on a door project that my husband and I started Saturday. We have done a lot of construction in the past but this door was a real bugger. Chuck came in and immediately saw the problem and knew exactly what to do to accomplish the fit of the door. He was fast affordable, efficient, and professional. I would and will use him again on other projects that we have pertaining to my house or my rentals. I will recommend his company to my co-workers and family for construction they need help with. Very professional at first & good work overall, but it became challenging to get in touch with anyone at times along with other communication problems during the project. Maybe too many projects for the #of employees? The 2-week estimate was impossible because the measuring of countertops can't happen until after vanities are in place and then they are ordered- yet I was blamed for all delays. I ended up finding most items for the bathroom myself and ordering them and picking some of them up which would be fine except for 15% additional charge for materials. No one came to check on project completion and/or customer satisfactisfaction.

"Wow. In the beginning I explained the importance of having everything selected and ordered. Most things were, except the countertops. We were not allowed in this clients house unless she was in town and in the beginning only when she was home. This client works out of town a lot! We were spread out all over for a couple months. When I bid this job I was unaware of the access problem. If we cannot be in a house then I have to be in another job. I have employees. They have to work everyday or they cannot support their families. If we get pushed off a job then we have to start another job. 15% on material is normal and we both agreed on contract"

Chuck was great strait forward, put good imput into the project, but was not pushy. We gave him very little guidence for the project, and it turned out great. Very hard working guy, will deffinatly be using him for any other projects
