You are purchasing factory direct -- the savings (in both time and money) are yours. We can even help with financing, relieving you of that burden. There are several programs in place for you, our customer. Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement

We basically had a good experience, with a couple of glitches. The salesman originally told us that our doors would be ready in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks, we started calling; the project was stalled because they had no astragal in stock. Artistic didn't contact us with that information, and it took some pressure to get the installation scheduled. The office staff were rather brusque. Once we got past that, the installer did an excellent job. The other glitch was that the salesman didn't advise us that on a double door, a round knob on the security door would be difficult to use, so there was another delay to order and install a lever.

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
The front picture window was 2 inches to small for the opening and they just filled it in with installation and covered the hole. I called them several times over the coarse of a month and confronted them about the wording of their contract. It said "custom" windows. A person measured the window but the manufacture in Penn. said they did not make a window that would fit. You may call me for more information and photos and documentation. I even talked to the head of the company. They were willing to take 15,000 dollars and not fix the problem. I had no choice but to accept the job as is or waste another 5k in court. The workers who installed the siding nailed vinyl vents over rotting wood. They said that the wood would be changed.

Artistic Iron is who we chose, however, they've not started the project. The project manager is activly gather information he needs and is very helpful. I believe the project will go very well!

Wrought Iron Fence Installation
Today is exactly is 6 weeks from the date I signed a contract with Artistic. Their contract indicates that the install would be finished between 4 - 6 weeks. At this time I have no installation date and people rarely return my phone calls - if they do, it's not prompt. The fence was installed 8 weeks, which was 2 weeks more than in my contract. The person who installed my fence was professional, curteous, and quick, which was a nice change of pace. The end product is good, just expected delayed responses and a bit more time than they guaranteed.
