Recently had a slab leak while in escrow on my home. The plumbers left roughly 30 holes in my walls and Rob from Artistic Plasters was able to patch all the holes, match the texture, paint, and replace the base boards for me in time for my home inspection. My new buyers are happy, and I am extremely happy Rob saved my sale!!! Now I am hiring him to do the work on my new home.

Did a great job plastering the exterior of my house. Covered the areas where a door had been removed and windows had been enlarged to perfection. All the work was very detail oriented and completed on time. Kept the area clean and neat as he completed each stage of the work. I would highly recommend Robert for any job large or small.

Very professional and thorough

Robert had several personal issues that interfered with the completion of the project - he said the job would take 5 days (Mon-Fri). Monday he arrived to start the job and within an hour went home for personal issues. Tuesday he was on phone many, many times. Wednesday & Thursday were good full days of work. Friday was a no show do to track problems. Thus he had to work Saturday to get most of the items completed. We eliminated the repairs to the bathroom so he could finish since we had scheduled painters to start right after Robert completed his work on Friday. 90% of the work completed, but we had to pay 100% of the quote. His nightly clean up could have been a lot better.

I promise that this is a REAL review! I have never used a site like this. Robert was one of 3 people who i had go out and assess my rental property. From the first interaction on the phone i found heard a sesne of pride in his work, integrity, appeared to have an "above and beyond" work ethic about him. Robert quickly went out to the job site, contacted me immediately after and laid out in great detail the work he proposed to do. Mind you, this job was a result of water damage from my rental unit that I own within the neighbor's ceiling below. So he was dealing with a neighbor who was not happy with the damage and threatened legal action. I let Robert know of the situation and to converse minimally with the neighbor and he was completely professional and honored my request. I went out to see the job the final day at completion. Even the neighbor voiced how impressed he was with Robert and his work and actually hired him to do additional work for his condo unit! Frankly to be honest, I found his pricing on the low side (I gave him a bonus because of the above and beyond work approach). But the additional win, and if you've had any in home work done, you will understand this - you would have thought no work had ever taken place given how METICULOUS he left the job - unbelievable - but a truly nice man who it is obvious takes pride in his work and sees his work as a reflection of himself - I'm in customer service (social services) where its all first about the relationship - and he earned one with me. Thank you Robert. Can't say enough but I see I am running out of space!
