It took this company over 4 months to complete a small pool installation. Contractors didn't show up for weeks at a time. The project manager has zero ability to coordinate the job and get it done in a timely manner. When we called and inquired, the office staff was unable to provide answers. There were a number of failed city inspections. On two occasions when we demanded answers regarding whereabouts of workers or dates of completion we were screamed at and hung up on by the office staff. She was rude, inept and on a few occasions demanding of payment before the job was complete. Most unprofessional group of people we've ever employed.

We have already referred them to friends. Their work ethic is outstanding. Quality is incredibly good, we looked at examples of other work they did before hiring them and we were very happy with what we saw. Their followup is also amazing, they are prompt to return calls or answer questions.
