I signed an agreement for Artistic Tree to plant a Kousa dogwood in my backyard. After weeks had passed, I contacted Artistic Tree twice to get an estimate on when the project would be started. I never received the courtesy of a reply in either instance. In my estimation, Artistic Tree's customer service and communication are terrible.

Team Artistic did an exceptional job removing my two large oak trees. Their expertise is akin to that of Yoda when it comes to handling trees, meticulously dismantling them almost like Lego blocks! Punctual in their arrival, the team also ensured thorough cleanup upon completion of the project.

They performed a technique of lions tailing, a large Oak in my yard which does not respect the health of the tree. Unfortunately, I would classify their work as a guy with a chain saw, as opposed to an arborist who would know the proper technique for pruning/thinning a tree. I would definitely not recommend Artistic.

The worst "pro" I ever hired through Home Advisor. First they do not answer your phone calls or emails, and then they have people working for them who do not know how to do their job. It was a very simple project, pruning the shrubs and trees, and they could not do it right. They pruned the trees as if they had never done this before. They did not even have all their tools with them and instead borrowed mine.

I was very impressed with the level of communication, from all the bid to the completed tree work. I have already scheduled additional services.

They made sure that all my questions were answered in all forms of communications, they followed through on scheduling and performed the work in a very safe manner. When the crew was done with the work they cleaned up it is nice to have a contractor show appreciation for your property after their job is complete that's going the extra step in providing customer service.

They came earlier than expected but were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and when they left there was not a trace of debris left. Would highly recommend them.

Jonathan is prompt and detailed in his estimates. Work crews are efficient and friendly. We had them cut down some trees and do clean up work when we move into your house with 1 acre of wooded landscaping. Now we use them for yard maintenance, leaf removal and biweekly weeding. Love this company.

We had two tall pine trees and a small apple tree that had to be removed due to them doing poorly and being too close to the house (also had the stumps ground). I also had about 10 pine tree stumps to be ground. I reached out to Artistic TLC via their website and promptly got a response that someone would be out to provide an estimate. While I wasn't there for the estimate, my wife said that the person who came out to the house was very polite. We initially looked at Artistic TLC because of their reviews on Angies List. I worked with Jonathan (their president) and Kayla (their Office Manager) at Artistic TLC to have some adjustments made to the estimate due to some budgetary constraints, and that was so painless/seamless, especially with their online estimate review/approval. We had the work done on a day in September (we weren't specific on the date to allow for flexibility). The crew worked efficiently, and they were very polite/friendly. The crew cleaned up very carefully at the end of their work. I have recommended Artistic TLC several times since then, and I really appreciated their ability to work with me on my questions. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my landscaping/tree needs.

Jonathan was thorough and professional in his assessment of what needed to be done. We got a few other estimates, and Artistic was by far the best value. The crew showed up a week before a schedule (which was great). The trees look amazing and there is no sign that they were even here. A++

I have had them do quite a few projects, lawn serve, pruning, even removed some larger trees. Cost is very reasonable, and when they are done, it looks like they weren't even there.
