I hired him to build a pool as well as pave our backyard and install a backyard kitchen, my issue is he has not completed the work, made promises he did not keep, and is avoiding us and is not refunding our money as per contract. He is not allow to pull permits through our county as per our county department told us it is due to money owed to the county.

They took my money and did not finish the project! I'm having to hire another company to clean up the mess they have made. Company owes money to Cobb County which locked the permit. Now I have pool which is unfinished and will have to hire another pool company to fix the permit mess and finish and no way to know how much that's going to cost. Jimmy was always promising to fix issues but never did and now will not communicate at all.

The craftsmanship was excellent. Exceptional attention to detail. Kept the work area safe and clean. Listened to what we wanted and made appreciated recommendations. No job goes perfectly, and when things happened, Jimmy made it right.

Jimmy was very easy to get in touch with before starting the job. Once the job was started there was always some excuse why he didn't call you back. The workers did a pretty good job but didn't come prepared. They used my tools ( shovel, mallet, hoses, gasoline, oil), and then took the mallet, hose and oil with them. They replaced my skimmer but reassembled the new one to the wrong piping causing them to have to return, empty 2/3 of the pool, did up the new skimmer and fix it. Upon completion Jimmy was to give us a written warranty for the work done. I contacted him by phone and text numerous times. Each time there was some excuse why he hadn't sent it. To this day he hasn't sent me the warranty. He has been paid in full with the exception of $200 which he agreed to reduce the price by for the missing hose and the added cost of having to fill the pool twice.

Jimmy at Artizan is easy to do business with and knowledgeable, he offered us choices and made really good recommendations. Crew worked hard and showed up when they said they were. We are very pleased with the results. I consider Jimmy and Artizan my go-to company for this type of work at my home moving forward.

Arrived as scheduled, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up area when finished. A-OK.

This was one of the BEST experiences that I have had in a very long time. Jimmy and his staff were nice and very friendly. They provided a beginning date and an ending date and completed everything ontime! No excuses!! They didn’t leave a mess, they cleaned up behind themselves and really made this entire experience amazing!! If you need your pool plastered, redone, additions made to it etc. These are the guys that want to do it. No question in my mind when it comes to adding more bells and whistles to our pool. These guys are the people to do it! On a scal of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest they get a 100!
