Zully unfortunately proved to be one of our worst housekeepers. She was consistently irritable, poor in communications and follow-thru, and cancelled on jobs at the last moment. When we encountered issues with her cleaning, we continued to give her opportunities to correct her behavior but she abruptly quit less than an hour before she was scheduled on a day when we had a guest checking in. We were left in a crisis as a result and she disrupted our business. We cannot recommend her and suggest clients look elsewhere.
