We are in and out of town often so it's important that appointments are set and kept. Art of Doors did just that. Daniel took five minutes to assess the issues with my doors and how long it would take to correct and was finished right on schedule. Will be calling him back for any future work.

Daniel called me right away, I didn't have to wait at all. I told him what the problem was and he told me of 4 possibilities that it could be and he told us to check those things, and sure enough, I was able to solve it myself based on the information he gave us. He was going to come out to fix it if we needed it but now I have someone to contact in the future for any door repairs.

I actually did NOT use Art of Doors. After discussing my issue, they researched it and called me back. They said that a company closer to my home had more experience with the brand of my door and could do the job at a lower cost. They gave me a contact name. I called them and got a quick, quality repair. That is real integrity in a company!!!!
