He was very courteous, great response time. Get about explaining everything in detail. Very attentive. He cleaned up after himself. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He wouldn't give up. I had another guy come and he wasn't able to fix it. His prices are really affordable, great workmanship and it comes with a warranty.
